Dieses fabelhafte Haus befindet sich auf einem 2 Hektar großen Grundstück mit einer sanften Küste am Ufer, die sich perfekt zum Schwimmen oder Angeln eignet. Setzen Sie sich auf das große überdachte Achterdeck und beobachten Sie den Sonnenuntergang über dem See oder spielen Sie den Tag in diesem Haus am Seeufer. Binden Sie Ihr Boot am Wasser fest, fischen Sie direkt am Strand oder genießen Sie das Mittagessen im Haus oder im Pavillon und kehren Sie zum See zurück, um mehr Wasserspaß zu haben! Dieses Haus befindet sich eine 10-minütige Fahrt vom Fluss Guadalupe in Sattler und 15 bis 20 Minuten vom historischen Grün, dem berühmten Restaurant Gristmill und dem Wasserpark Schlitterbahn entfernt. Wenn Sie nach einem guten Rohrausstatter suchen, schauen Sie sich Shanty Tubes an, das nur etwa 11 km vom Haus entfernt ist! Cranes Mill Marina befindet sich nur 4. 6 Meilen vom Haus entfernt.

The pictures do not do justice to the beautiful home! This place was also way bigger than expected and perfect for multiple families. We utilized every space and spent a majority of our time outside fishing. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for our Thanksgiving stay! We plan on returning again next year.

Nice little getaway

Super cute house on the lake! Everything was clean and we were able to cook/grill easily with the supplies they had in the kitchen. There was ample space and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. Communication was great as well. When we went the lake was at 60% capacity so the kids were able to fish and skip rocks. Overall, we’d visit again!

Great Family Getaway!

We had a great stay in this hill country house. The views are amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous. And every night after sunset we had a group of deer come up to hang out by the back deck. The house had all the supplies we needed. The house needs some updates, but we would still come back again!!

Great weekend

Very clean with plenty of room! My husband and I brought our two daughters and their friends for Memorial Day weekend. The house had plenty of space and was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the bathrooms had plenty of bath towels. Our favorite part was watching all of the deer in the yard.

Walking down to the water and back was a task for our 70+ year old mom and my father in law. If you have elderly parents or really small kids it is quiet the work out.! I Have rented out other homes in the area before, but have not liked those homes as much as this one. I love the spacious house,the out side porch and flat grassy area that is perfect for my small kiddos to run around. The lake is close by and the area is very private and quite. Which is perfect for my older kiddos to walk around and explore on their own. Will definitely stay here again.

We have rented vacation rentals many times before, and this is the cleanest we have ever seen. Everything you would need was already there. The view is amazing. Deer at your back porch every day. The property feels secluded but is only 10 minutes away from CVS and grocery store. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had. We are already talking about staying at the Blue Diamond Retreat again.

Plenty of towels (for showering)for our guest. Washer & Dryer. Large covered deck. Easy walk down to the water. A little steep coming up but not too bad. You can anchor your boat and jet skis in front of house. Hang out in the water. Plenty of room to park your boat and jet skis in driveway. Pool table in house for entertainment. Not far from boat ramp. Book this house for your next vacation at Canyon Lake you won’t be disappointed!

There’s still plenty of water to kayak in Canyon lake!

The path down to the water is about as gentle of a slope as you can get at canyon lake. Bring water shoes for the rocks, though! Very clean house! Kitchen table is the best spot to look at the lake and hang out. Location is great, lake front, great views, awesome deck with trees and fans and new, comfortable outdoor furniture. Beautiful trees! Steep driveway if you don’t have 4WD, so use the black top one on the left to exit! Cons: Honestly a bit under stocked compared to other VRBOs I’ve stayed in as far as basic kitchen condiments, cleaning products, toilet paper and trash bags but they warn you about it ahead of time plenty. Living room couches older, not very comfortable. I did not love the check in process (I’ve never had to provide so much proof that I am the renter since VRBO does all that verified communication, seems very unnecessary.)

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was clean, and the accommodations were nice. As stated in the listing, there are starter items, but no food items. This is fine. However, The listing says 185' of lake front for swimming and water fun. The lake has dropped over the last couple of years (I learned after arriving) therefore, the house has NO lake frontage. The picture and statement is false. If you are looking for lake access, this is not the place. If you want to swim, there is no water. If you just want a view from the house, then you can see the lake off in the distance.
