Escape to the perfect getaway at LakeView Hills. You'll be blown away by the amazing outdoor living space, complete with a brand new hot tub (pictures coming soon!), an outdoor fireplace, flat screen TV, outdoor lighting, gas grill, and Blackstone grill.

This one-acre property features a spacious, open concept home that flows out to the beautiful outdoor living area, offering breathtaking views of the lake. Relax and unwind in our private hot tub, perfect for soothing tired muscles and enjoying a luxurious getaway, or kick back at the fire pit, which is perfect for making s'mores or relaxing after a long day at the lake. You'll also find two outdoor eating areas, ideal for dining al fresco.

Inside the home, you'll be greeted by a huge vaulted ceiling, complete with tongue and groove finish, and large wood beams. The living room features a large reclining sectional sofa, perfect for family movie night, a large flat screen TV, DVD player, kids movies, board games, and card games. The kitchen boasts a huge 9 ft + island, stainless steel appliances, and a coffee/tea/hot cocoa bar, with plenty of seating for all your friends and family.

The property offers four bedrooms with multiple sleeping options. The master suite is complete with private patio access, an adjustable remote bed, and a large master en-suite featuring double vanities, beautiful walk-in tile shower, and a photo-worthy walk-in closet that has two tri-fold full-size floor mattresses. The other bedrooms include a unique banana leaf queen size bed with lake décor, full over full bunk beds with a smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fourth bedroom is off of the living area and has a queen size bed.

The "Game Zone" in the enormous two-car garage is packed with entertainment options: a pool table, foosball, two arcade games, life-size Connect Four, large Jenga tower, cornhole, croquet, kids' pool (not set up), spike ball, chalkboard, and a kid's basketball hoop. The garage is also air conditioned. The outdoor area is well-lit and features a gas grill, a Blackstone grill, and two outdoor dining areas, ideal for al fresco meals.

When you're ready to explore, there's plenty to do in Canyon Lake. Spend your days boating, fishing, or swimming in the lake, or take a hike in nearby Canyon Lake Gorge. There are also several local wineries and breweries to check out, as well as great restaurants and shopping in the area.

Best VBRO ever!!! From the initial contact, from the beautiful home that had everything we need, to checking out, this was the best experience we have ever had. The hosts were great with communications. They even had an app that they had download onto you home screen that had all the pertinent info you would need. Did not have to log into VBRO or check messages, everything from address, Wi-Fi, appliances (in and out of home),check in and check out instructions, directions, local grocery stores all within one finger touch. The home is not only beautiful but has everything you need. They even had a whole coffee/tea bar with several options of coffee, tea, sugars and creamers all set up for use. This was my favorite part as we didn't have to go on a search for morning coffee. We spent several hours playing all the fun games in the garage. Form every kitchen appliance, to the grill and black stone, you have everything you need to cook whatever you want. Had plenty of towels, including beach towels for the hot tub. The bathrooms were stocked with hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Even had cotton balls and q-tips. Honestly this is the best house we have ever rented and I find myself looking for an excuse to go back to enjoy it again. Sonia and Chad, you have gone above and beyond with your home. Thank You for such an amazing time. Don't think twice, rent this home and experience it for yourself.

Seven of us stayed for the weekend to celebrate my birthday, and the experience absolutely exceeded expectations. The photos truly don't do this home justice, it's even more beautiful, welcoming and thoughtfully designed in person. The hosts went above and beyond with every detail, from the decor and amenities to the overall layout of the space. They even had Christmas decorations up, which made the stay extra special! We were all amazed by how pristine and stunning the property was. Some of our favorite features included the spacious open-concept living area and fully-stocked kitchen, the reclining sofa, the cozy outdoor seating area with fireplace, swings and hammocks scattered throughout the front and back yards, firepit, hot tub and especially the game room. And we saw plenty of deer!Everyone kept commenting this was the best STR any of us had stayed in. One of the guests is already considering booking again for her birthday! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicative. I genuinely can't say enough good things about the Sanctuary! Highly recommend :-)

The house is beautiful, but others are as well. What made his home so amazing was all the small things. Towels for the hot tub or the lake. All light switches labeled with their purpose. Notes left with the wifi password, how to work the dishwasher, how to use the shower in the master bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with ample dishes, glasses, coffee, tupperware, spices. So many outdoor different seating areas, gas grill and blackstone hooked up to a propane line. Plenty of towels, washclothes, extra blankets. There were deer that visited every morning and night. Ample games in the garage as well a games in the family room to play. You will not regret booking this house! We were so sad to leave.

Outside dream patio. This house was perfect for everyone with me. We loved the outside area and sat there every morning and evening to watch the deer, in fact we had two gray foxes that came in the yard to eat. It’s the most perfect home you will ever stay in. Absolutely the most thought out home we ever stayed in. And they checked on us everyday to see if we needed anything. Super quiet area to take a walk and watch the deer roaming around. Don’t think twice about renting this home, it’s a little piece of heaven in Canyon Lake.

What an amazing place to stay! The house is perfect for any kind of family or friends get together. There are tons of activities to partake in. The garage is filled with games galore. The hot tub, hammocks, and fire pit make the outside relaxing and fun. We had 4 teenagers and they all loved it. The deer and wildlife that were around really added to the experience as well.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful property. They home is exactly as described, but really even better. We spent alot of time outside on the patio and it did not disappoint. We cooked breakfast on the blackstone and we observed so much wildlife. My grandsons fed the deer with deer corn left by the owners. There were 10 of us staying at the home and it was spacious with room for everyone. The air conditioned garage was literally full of so many games. The adults played pool while the kids played arcade style video games.Check-in was very easy and the owners were so quick to respond whenever we reached out to them. We are already planning our next vacation to canyon lake and we will be trying to stay here again.

Memorial Weekend

Every year for Memorial Day we come to Canyon Lake with extended family- and due to the size of the family - we have to rent an additional home, my aunt and uncle live local. And this by far was the best property we have stayed at. It was a great location and amenities were outstanding. One night we had the little kids and parents over for dinner and they had such a good time. The owners were responsive and thorough with all instruments. The last thing is how they had the home stocked, plenty of towels, paper goods and cleaning supplies. And they allow pets which was fantastic! Would definitely book this home again if we had the opportunity.
