Reaching the house is a journey in itself: to access this secluded retreat, you'll travel through a 2 km stretch of forest, enhancing the feeling of being truly immersed in nature. The infinity pool, panoramic vistas, and bright, comfortable interiors invite you to explore and unwind.

The property is surrounded by 5000 square meters of fenced garden, featuring typical plants and flowers. A ping pong table, a foosball table and a bocce court are also available, and on the other side of the garden there is a swing for children. Next to the house, there is a barbecue, always available, and a wood-fired oven, ideal for pizza cooking classes (it can only be used on request and with a professional chef).

The panoramic swimming pool measures about 11x6 m with a variable depth from 1.20 m to 2.50 m and has salt depuration. The pool area is equipped with umbrellas, sun beds, and sun lounges.

Parking for 4-5 cars is available. Please note that the access road can be challenging but is manageable for most vehicles. We recommend driving cars with good traction and avoiding low-height or sports cars.
