In order to be respectful of our neighbors and community, we would like to make it clear that this is not a party house.

*This beautiful home is situated a mile off the Gulf of Mexico, providing easy access to go to the
islands of Matlacha, Pine Island, Ft Myers Beach, & Sanibel Beach.

There are several options for boat rentals or fishing charters.

* Workspace: This home contains an office area or workspace in order to work remotely, and
take those meetings and calls.

* Our kitchen has modern appliances, and ample counter space.

Kitchen comes fully equipped with the following

Step outside to enjoy our a screened heated pool and jacuzzi with bubbles surrounded by landscaping and a completely fenced in backyard. This is the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Our Pool box contains various floaties, pool toys, and fun playful pool lights.

Outdoor: The outdoor patio features a dining area with a table for 6, seating area for 6 or more, a comfy egg chair and a bbq grill with complementary gas.

Bedrooms:

• Master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and a 55 inch tv. The bathroom has a hot tub and shower along with two large vanity areas.
• Bedroom 2 - Queen bed with a 55 inch tv
• Bedroom 3 - Queen bed with a 55 inch tv
• Bedroom 4 - Twin bunk bed with a 55 inch tv

Entertainment : Host a movie night or the Super bowl games in our large living room on a 70 inch tv.

Our living area has a large sectional sofa bed, grab a board /game or Enjoy the games on the PlayStation 4 with the kids.

This home is family-friendly, We do have a Pack N Play, Crib, High chair (which is available upon request so that we can maintain sanitation levels) and a fenced backyard for your little ones to enjoy safely.

The pool area does not contain any child safety net, so please watch your young ones.

If you have any other requests for the child/children please let us know so we can make sure you have all you need for a seamless vacation in our home.

We are available 24/7 to ensure your stay is comfortable and memorable. We're here to assist with any questions or special requests.

Guests have access to the entire property with the exception of the garage which is temporarily being used as a storage area.

• You can inquire with us about hosting a small gathering, like a graduation dinner, or other small quiet events. We will have to assess each individual request prior to you booking our vacation rental.

• Guests can inquier about earlier check-in or later check-out. Availability is not guaranteed.

• We do not allow pets or any sort of animals.

• There is enough parking for 6 cars.

• All guests must complete the rental agreement and send us a picture of a government issued ID (front and back) through the VRBO messages.
