The design features an open floor plan, high ceilings, modern furnishings of white leather, chrome and glass throughout, and vanishing sliding glass doors that leave the home open to the outdoor covered lanai. The open kitchen features a large island bar with bar stools and all necessary equipment for preparing and serving dinner. It's only a few steps away from the living room, which has a Smart TV, a comfortable couch and beautiful views out to the canal. Dine indoors or out with tables in both spaces and an outdoor kitchen with a stainless grill for memorable poolside meals. Each dining area seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the kitchen island.
This spacious layout offers privacy, comfortably sleeping 8 persons. There are three bedrooms (1 king in the master suite, 1 queen, 2 twins) and three full bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is an office/den with a full-size murphy bed.
There are smart TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and lanai, all equipped with free WIFI. If you are a remote worker, the home provides high-speed wireless internet access, an office desk and private workspace in the den area.
