Explore our beautifully landscaped home, ideally situated on one of Cape Coral's nicest and largest lakes in the highly desired, tranquil, and safe South West Pelican area. It's conveniently located near Tarpon Point Marina and the Cape Coral Yacht Club, just a 2-5 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery stores, with RSW airport only 23 miles away.

This updated home features a unique open-concept floor plan, natural hardwood floors, and an abundance of sunlight in the spacious family room. Gather around the large 7-seater sectional in front of the big flat-screen TV offering over 200 channels and fast internet. Additional seating includes a single leather recliner sofa chair and an office chair, providing the perfect setting for family movie nights and board games! Your perfect vacation experience awaits at The Royal Palm-Lakefront.

The property also features a large south-facing (NEWLY RENOVATED) heated pool, offering a spectacular lake view, and an oversized backyard dock where you can spot turtles swimming, fish jumping, playful otters, white cranes, and enjoy water excursions. Additionally, you can savor tranquility while preparing your special dishes in the gorgeous and fully-equipped chef's kitchen, complete with granite countertops, an updated electric stovetop, stainless steel dishwasher, oven, and more. When you're ready to dine, there's seating for three at the kitchen counter and six at the dining room table.

The breakfast bar is a great place to mingle and enjoy early breakfast or happy hour. You don't have to worry about drinking water at the house, thanks to the installed Ultraviolet (UV) Water Purification system. Additionally, this open floor plan house offers fully furnished and upscale furniture, four beds, and a brand new portable playpen—an ideal feature for families with children.

Perfect spot for family getaway!

We stayed here for 5 days. Everything we expected was that and more. Our kids loved swimming in the pool. We also loved being so close to Fort Meyers Beach. We tried several of the recommendations from the property owner and we were not disappointed. We would definitely book again!

Great stay on the lake

We can't say enough positive about our 3-week stay. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you need. It's in a great neighborhood and centered in Cape Coral such that it's only 15 minutes to everything in town and a short jaunt to Fort Myers and places beyond. amazing getaway place

As the back to back visitors at this beautiful place, we enjoyed every day of our Christmas vacation as we did the year before and before and before. Thanks to the host who is very responsive on any request. Everything is as stated in the description of this rental. The best is the view over the lake. Come and enjoy.

Owners provide so much more. Pool area could use work leadder at deep end was broken but this house offers so much
