This four bedroom home, set on a corner lot in a friendly Cape Coral neighborhood, is the perfect place for families! With a fully furnished lanai, optionally-heated pool, and spillover pool spa, you can enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine all day long!

The house itself has all the amenities you need for a wonderful stay, including a well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating, a quiet home office with a double sofa bed and a desk and chair, and a living area with a leather sectional, electric fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels. An additional wall-mounted TV on the patio offers another option for home entertainment.

At the end of each day, choose from three bedrooms including a primary room with a king bed, en suite bathroom, and private access out to the lanai.

Additional features and options at this home include central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to help you stay on top of the laundry during your stay.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
