Sunshine Palm Oasis with Heated Pool and Bikes

Welcome to Palm Oasis, your vacation paradise in Cape Coral - “Waterfront Wonderland” with more canals than the city of Venice, Italy. Perfect for friends & families-providing indoor/outdoor living. Start your day with HEATED pool & sun bathing chairs. The house comes with 3 MOUNTAIN BIKEs (1 adult male, 1 adult female and 1 kid) to explore.

This is a NEW construction 4 bed 2 bath house 1800 sq.ft and 2 car garage, a luxurious property and make it home. Brand new construction, all rooms are on the same floor and do not need any stairs to access. There is a master bedroom with an in-suite bathroom with shower and tub to relax and enjoy. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The other 3 rooms have queen size beds and share a bath. The kitchen is equipped with chef grade appliances. There is a large dining area and living room with a warm and homely vibe. The pool and backyard area, has a heated pool, outdoor dining and lanai.

Other things to note
Pool Heater:

Pool Heater available as an additional fee of 25.00 per day from the arrival day to the departure day. Only schedule for 10-12 hours per day when the pool is running. Special monthly rates available.

In the event that pool heating is requested, the homeowner or property manager cannot guarantee the pool's temperature as this will vary according to different factors, the main one being the prevailing weather conditions. Please be aware that pool heaters have electrical and mechanical components that can sometimes malfunction and are entirely beyond our control. All pool heaters in FT Myers and Cape Coral are electric as there are no natural gas lines. Electric Pool heaters only generate heat if the outdoor temp is 65+ degrees. We would love the pool to be 85 for everyone but we can not control the outdoor temperatures.

Bugs: What Are No-See-Ums in Florida? No-see-ums live in Florida's warmest months, which are June and July. But maybe found througghout the year. Adults are most active at dusk and dawn and congregate near standing pools of water.
