Villa Moonshine liegt in der sĂŒdwestlichen Ecke von Cape Coral ganz in der NĂ€he der Tarpon Point Marina. Es ist eine der besten und begehrtesten Wohngegenden in Cape Coral. Der Hafen von Tarpon Point ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ärzte, Apotheken etc. sind fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Dieses Ferienhaus ist besonders fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Der Camelot Park mit seinem großen Spielplatz ist schnell erreichbar. Außerdem stehen 2 kostenlose TennisplĂ€tze zur VerfĂŒgung, die auch abends beleuchtet sind.

Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohngebiet. Der einzige Verkehr in dieser Straße wird durch Nachbarn verursacht.

Die Bootslage dieses Hauses ist fantastisch. Es ist eine 55min schöne Bootsroute zum Caloosahatchee River, der einen schnellen Zugang zum Golf von Mexiko bietet, es ist auch eine der schönsten Bootsrouten hier in der Gegend. Das passende Boot kann optional zu diesem Haus dazugebucht werden und wird Ihnen bei Ankunft von einem fachkundigen BootsfĂŒhrer ĂŒbergeben. Bootsanweisungen und Tipps erhalten Sie dann vor Ort. Alle unsere Boote verfĂŒgen ĂŒber leistungsstarke Motoren, GPS-System mit Tiefenmessung und Fischfinderfunktion, KĂŒhlbox, Kabine und Bluetooth-Radio. BOOTFAHREN IN FLORIDA IST OHNE SCHEIN ERLAUBT!!

Alle Möbel und GerĂ€te sind neu. Der gestaltete Poolbereich ist das Highlight dieses Hauses. Vom Whirlpool und Pool aus genießen Sie die fantastische Aussicht auf den Kanal. Elektrisch beheizt, erwĂ€rmt der Pool das Wasser zu jeder Jahreszeit auf eine angenehme Temperatur, die Sie selbst bestimmen können. Neben dem Whirlpool bietet die LĂ€nge des Pools genĂŒgend Platz, um morgens ein paar Runden zu schwimmen.

Vom eleganten, lichtdurchfluteten Wohnzimmer (mit 60'LCD + DVD-Player) aus genießen Sie die Aussicht auf den großen Pool, den breiten Kanal und den tropischen Garten. Die GlasschiebetĂŒren lassen sich vollstĂ€ndig öffnen, sodass ein tolles Innen-Außen-GefĂŒhl entsteht.

Neben dem großen Master-Schlafzimmer (50'LCD) mit Kingsize-Bett und begehbarem Kleiderschrank gibt es auf der anderen Seite der Villa noch 3 große Schlafzimmer mit Schlaf- und Queensize-Betten. Insgesamt haben wir Platz fĂŒr 8 Reisende.

Fantastisches Haus in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus war perfekt. Die ideale Grösse fĂŒr unsere Gruppe mit 5 Personen. Wir haben den Pool und die verschiedenen Annehmlichkeiten des Hauses geniessen können. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Betten gross und bequem. GrosszĂŒgige StaurĂ€ume, grosszĂŒgige Badezimmer und voll ausgestattete KĂŒche. Die gedeckte Lounge im geschĂŒtzten Pool-Bereich hat uns ermöglicht, auch wĂ€hrend Regen draussen zu sitzen, zu essen und die Zeit zu geniessen. Die Lage an der kaum befahrenen Strasse ist sehr toll. In nĂ€chster NĂ€he zu Publix und Restaurants. Wir werden jederzeit wieder zurĂŒckkommen.

AWESOME!! This house was perfect for us. 4 adults and a 10 year old. The house was spotless as was the outside and the pool! The pool and spa were wonderful and warm. The location was perfect for our day trips. Everything was so close. 10/10 for us!

Moonshine villa is a great place for a getaway, Home is in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Just the right distance to almost everything. Home itself is up to date and everything is laid out well. Tub drain was broken but it wasn’t a big deal. Sink drains were stopped up but I cleaned them out and they worked well. Pool area is beautiful and great for relaxing. It was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

Amazing Getaway!

The Pelican was absolutely amazing! It felt like a home away from home, complete with a fully stocked kitchen, updated appliances, a bathroom with towels, and an extraordinary outdoor space. Shopping and grocery stores nearby. Plan to return soon.

Pool was cold and when called about heating they said it would only heat 1degree per hour even though ours was heating all day and no change in temperature she said it was a cold front even though it was 80 out side. Not very helpful. The couch and chairs weren't comfortable the cushions shown on photos were not there. Not being able to use pool for me was a downside.

Overall, very happy with the property. Lady that checked us in was awesome. She was very helpful and friendly and gives the company she works for a good first in-person impression. Location is very close to many stores and things to see. We enjoyed our time and had a very relaxing week.

Loved the house, close to everything. Cute big Iguana visited our dock everyday! Plenty of turtles and wildlife to watch in the canal, while enjoying the hot tub and pool.

Must stay for relaxing week

Everything was gorgeous. We were blessed to have al the kitchen utensils and laundry room needs. We ended up leaving a few beach items for kids so other families can enjoy as well. The house was perfect. Spacious and tidy. Unfortunately the heat pool pump was out so we were not able To enjoy the hot tub or a warm pool the entire week which was a real drag. Some communication issues but was fixed the night before we left- but as of this morning still cold water.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Moonshine. The villa was furnished with everything we needed. At first I didn't think the neighborhood was very good but as time passed we realized the house was very well located on the island. I would rent this house again.

Amazing Pool!

This property was everything I had hoped it would be. Beautiful home and pool. It was supplied with beach chairs, pool floaties, coolers, and umbrellas left by past guests. The neighbors are pretty quiet except the one next door has a few dogs that will come out and bark sometimes. We had a dog of our own with, and once he called our dog a “stupid dog” because she was barking back at them, to which I thought was rude. The dishwasher was also rusty, we did not use it. Besides these issues everything was perfect. We would return.

Celebrating birthday with girl friends.

We enjoyed it very much. Beautiful house and pool. Where we spent most of our time. Cons: when we drove up to the drive the trash can were out with a out side dining chair and palm branches around it. Not that appealing for a first impression. You have to set up a appointment (not until you get there) for the property manager to show you instructions on the pool and hot tub. After getting up at 4 am and traveling all day 14 hours later we just wanted to go somewhere to get something to eat and drink. We were told they were having trouble with their trash pick service. When we did take out the trash Sunday night because Monday is trash day. My two girlfriends came in upset there was maggots in the trash bin. It was night and they did not see them until they had dragged the trash can dine the driveway. They immediately showered. They were so upset. The next day I called the property management place and said we would not be touching that trash can again. We agreed that we could leave the trash in the garage. Also as others have stated. There needs to be a door in the master bathroom. If you stand in the glass/ tiled shower you can see through to the outside patio. If the curtain is not closed.(which the curtain rod holes in the curtain are coming loose). I took a clothes pin that I brought to keep it closed. It would be easy to put a sliding door between the bedroom and the bathroom. Plus the one door to the toilet area rolls open. I had to take towel to put under it every time I used the area. These are simple things that could have made our experience better. To match with the beautiful house and pool area. Also, I had read a previous review stating you need to purchase paper towels and toilet paper. We also had to buy trash can liners. The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen items. We washed beach towels everyday. So purchase or bring laundry soap. The house is very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Hope you enjoy your time and I hope they fix those issues.

Lovely home, but with a few problems

Villa Moonshine is a nice, modern home on a quiet street and canal. The photos in the listing are spot on. The pool/lanai area is very nice, and we especially loved the hot-tub. We also enjoyed bird watching out on the canal. And we were delighted to learn about the burrowing owl population in Cape Coral, and spotted many right in the Villa Moonshine neighborhood. We had trouble checking in on time (finally got in 3.5 hours late), the tenants prior to us thought they had a couple extra days on their rental. I'm not sure how they could have misinterpreted their check out date, but on the day of our check-in, the cleaning staff had an enormous mess to deal with once the prior tenants were finally out. But be aware, in the cleaning section of the listing for this home, it says there's a "Minimum 3-day vacancy between guest stays", but this is not the case, at least for us. So we showed up to check-in to a very messy house with garbage lining the street (some of which was not picked up for days), and no call from management letting us know that we wouldn't be able to check in on time. Had we not just driven 19 hours to get there, this wouldn't have been as bothersome to us. Other than our check-in problems, management was responsive and helpful to our questions and needs. And overall, we liked this home, and would recommend it to others.

We would definitely come back to this house again. The pool area was fantastic. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was super nice and helpful. He was very quick to respond if we needed him. I would definitely recommend this place again.

A Perfect Family Trip

This was just the best week for our family. The main attraction, centerpiece and highlight was the pool. It was just perfect. The size was just right. The tanning shelf area was perfect for the little ones and also was a great place to get situated on your float before kicking off into deeper water. The house was clean and beautiful. It was so nice that every bedroom had its own bathroom (with the exception of the den/bedroom). The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed (although we took it easy and didn’t cook much). There were plenty of towels. The mattresses were very comfortable. Due to the pandemic, we didn’t do any sightseeing, and we were just fine with that. There was plenty to do with pool, games, food and movies. Every bedroom has a tv (but I’m that mom that took away all the remotes so the kids wouldn’t spend the whole trip staring at a screen). I thought there might not be enough living room seating, but there is another big chair in the corner that’s easy to pull over. The master bedroom has dual walk-in closets. We used one for clothes and one for a little nursery. We put a sound machine and a baby monitor with a nightlight in there (running the cords out the door to a nearby outlet). It was a little warm in there so we didn’t close the door all the way, but it worked out great. Only cons: The owner’s bathroom powder (toilet) room has a sliding pocket door with no lock and the door rolls open by itself. Also, there is no door between the bedroom and bathroom areas. We were instructed to call the owners agent when we arrived and when we left. We were told he was going to come over and explain procedures to us. That step felt a little invasive. We just wanted to start relaxing after our trip, not jump through hoops. But it turned out to be pretty simple and easy. Bring extra disposables: trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels. They don’t give much in that dept. Those cons really didn’t detract from our stay so it’s 5 stars from me! We loved it!

This house is beautiful. Very nice and luxurious. The pool was my favorite part. Very clean and lights up different colors at night.
