This tastefully decorated home is located on a Gulf access canal in the quiet south east of Cape Coral and offers a relaxed and cozy atmosphere for your vacation. The pool/lanai faces south and offers sunbathers ideal conditions to work on their desired tropical tan as well as admire the colorful Florida sunsets.

The electric-heated, SALTWATER pool ensures that you can enjoy your time in the sun, no matter the temperature. Enjoy your meals outside at the dining area with room for eight while cooking on the grill . You can always head down to the dock to try your hand at fishing or just enjoy a cocktail and watch the sunsets. This Villa is conveniently located near a variety of shopping centers, grocery stores, and restaurants, some even within walking distance.

The home is fully furnished with all the amenities you need for an easy vacation. Linens, towels, beach towels, laundry soap, bath soap, dish detergent, fishing poles, cooler, beach chairs, gas grill, etc, etc, this is a home away from home--just bring your swimsuit!

So wie das Haus beschrieben wurde haben wir es auch vorgefunden , Das Haus war sauber und der Pool wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt. In der NÀhe alles was man benötigt zum einkaufen , essen gehen und Schoppen. Sehr gute Lage und bei Fragen an Suelarsonrentals.com gibt es prompt eine Antwort. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Check in was a breeze..good communication from the company..house was spotless ..pool area and views were fantastic ..beds comfortable..everything was provided for a stay .nothing was left short . We did have a problem with air con not running cool enough but they fixed this issue with in hours ( needed a service ) and was then excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if we needed for a future vacation . Overall the house was amazing and much larger than pictures showed . Fantastic stay

Beautiful canal front home!

This property was outstanding. We were immediately impressed at how clean the house was upon entry. All of the amenities are top notch. We made use of the complimentary bikes and kayaks. The neighborhood is quiet from traffic and has a bike lane on the street that leads down to a town park and boat launch directly to the river. The pool was wonderful and the beds were comfortable. This would be a great house for a few couples or a family with kids. We really appreciated all the included soaps, detergents and necessary supplies.

Spectacular touches

from a bottle of wine to a nice little note from the cleaning crew, this property was spot on. we've stayed at many places in south Florida in the winter and this one is at the top of our list. LOVED the fact i didn't have to tell my wife, we can't turn the pool heat up above 80... the house manual actually says "please be consciences but turn it up if you wish" ... happy wife, happy life. ;) great access to the Midpoint bridge to run to the beaches etc. close enough to the night life but far enough away for it to be quite. just down the road to one of the parks and a boat launch.

Beautiful, beautiful rental

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was super clean, with a well stocked kitchen, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and lots of room to relax and just enjoy the house. There were big TV’s in almost every room, and even out in the patio area, which made it nice for watching movies at night. The outdoor patio was our favorite, with a view of the channel, a wonderful pool, and all screened in. We spent a good portion of our time just relaxing by the pool. There were also bikes and kayaks. I highly recommend this rental!

Sparkling clean

House is nicely decorated and furnished. Beds are comfortable Plenty of both bath towels and beach towels. This would be a great property to share with another couple with the split floor plan. Pool was not working the first half of our stay. After repairs it took 2 days for the water to warm up. It was spectacular from that point on. 5 televisions none of which we could get our streaming app to work. (Possibly user error.) There was enough free content available for the little time we spent watching. Bikes and kayaks were available which is a nice bonus. We had family visiting and enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner at the outdoor dining area. Contacted “Tony” twice and got quick responses and satisfactory information. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are in the area.

Wonderful Stay

The whole process with this rental was flawless. It was just what our family needed. The house had everything we needed, from additional fans to standard kitchen items. We will definitely keep this rental in mind for future stays. There are landscapers and pool maintenance that come for routine maintenance during the week however, they do not disturb you and are there and gone quickly without interrupting your stay.

Fantastic stay in Villa 6

Villa 6, is everything you wish for and more. A perfect retreat close to de prado street where you will find everything from grocery, shopping and restaurants. It’s a hard to choose between going out to a restaurant or enjoy the evening with a bbq at the house by the pool. No traffic jams, easy traffic around the area. Enjoy fishing from the dock, catching bass, catfish and snook. We caught 27 fishes during our stay for a week. We didn’t fish everyday but the boys loved grabbing a pole first thing in the morning to catch some fish for catch and release. There’s all you need in the house when it comes to the kitchen, laundry etc. it’s a quiet neighborhood and no dangerous traffic outside. You will find wall mart and ABC within 5mins drive. We’re from Sweden and did a 3 week Florida tour. We miss Villa 6 the most from our tour. We’d go there again any given time.

Beautiful home

We loved this home. It was extremely clean and the owner thought of every detail. You can actually come with a suitcase and have all the comforts of home. Plenty of nice towels, including beach towels. The kitchen was fully stocked, although we didn't cook much. The only thing i would recommend is to adjust the pocket doors to the bathrooms. They were very hard to open and close. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We really enjoyed the heated, saltwater pool.
