Villa Carmen has been equipped with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. The inside of the home was redone and refurnished in 2022, to give Villa Carmen its modern, coastal contemporary vibe. A sense of Florida relaxation will welcome you as soon as you enter the property.
The space
The fully stocked kitchen is fresh and clean with new countertops and backsplash. Kitchen is provided along with all the pots and pans needed for cooking a homemade meals. The home has 4 full bedrooms fully furnished and ready to sleep 8 guest comfortably. Three bedrooms have queen size beds, and the fourth room has full size bunk beds.

Your next vacation will have something for you, your friends and the whole family to experience! Whether it is the ability to fish from the large captain's dock, kayak in the canals, a bike ride in the quite neighborhood, enjoy the heated pool or visit multiple nearby beaches, there is literally something for everyone. You will only be 15 minutes from the Cape Coral Yacht Club that has a small beach area and awesome restaurant called The Boat House. The larger beaches like Ft. Myers Beach & Bunche Beach are only 30 to 35 minutes from the home. Other nearby beaches include Sanibel Beach, Naples Beach & Captiva Beach which are anywhere from 35 to 55 minutes away, no need to worry about bringing beach gear as the home offers complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and a hard-sided cooler.
