If the waterfront views will be calling you to launch kayaks, canoes, and/or stand-up paddleboards from the private dock area, while the private pool offers sun-soaked fun right in your own backyard. Mature trees and landscaping surrounding the property add a truly tropical feel. The Popular Yacht Club Public Beach is less than five miles away and you'll be within 13 miles of Ft. Myers Beach.

The single-level interior is bright and inviting, and equipped with everyday home essentials like an impressive full kitchen, central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The primary suite boasts a private bathroom equipped with a separate shower, a jetted tub, and double vanities.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Dock details: boat lift is off limits to guest, guest can moore boat to the dock, but must bring lines and fenders as these are not provided.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
