Baytree Beach House

The ultimate family vacation. The house is bright and cheerful with a lovely beach house feel. The big open living spaces are thoughtfully furnished with a modern kitchen. An exceptional location with a pristine tidal pool on your doorstep. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace and watch the waves hit the rocks, while the majestic mountains rise from the bay. The kitchen is incredibly well-equipped. Great for big families, we have every kind of bowl, plate, and serving dish as well as children's plates and glasses.
The pantry is a win with double bins, 2 sinks, and a dishwasher.
There is a large double-door fridge with freezer space, there is also a wine fridge.

We offer instant coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started.

There are two lounges, one on the first level and the other on the second level. Both have access to DSTV.

There are 4 guest bedrooms:

Master with en suite bathroom, walk-in shower, and toilet. The room has incredible ocean views over the bay.

Main bedroom - 1 Queen bed.
2nd bedroom - 1 Double bed and a single bunk.
3rd bedroom - 1 Double bed and a single bunk
4th bedroom - 1 Double bed

Bathrooms:
There are 3 bathrooms, all located on the second level.

There is one garage for a medium-sized car. The parking can be tricky, as the main road of Kalk Bay can be very busy in the summer months.

If you book the unit at the back of the property (Modern Beach Apartment) you will get the second garage.
