Blouberg Heights 1608 welcomes guests to discover an array of
attractions located within walking distance.
The apartment boasts warm and stylish decor with a touch of rustic
elegance that can be seen in the open plan kitchen and lounge that
includes a flat-screen TV and amazing views from the floor to ceiling
window. The main bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a safe for any
valuables, while the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The apartment's
shared bathroom includes a large shower, bath, and his and her sinks.

this unique coastal setting close to the City Centre and just a short
drive from the start of the famous West Coast. Guests can take in the
outstanding beachfront views, walk along the promenade, experience some
of the best sunset displays or enjoy the many activities and

For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at 2A Sir David Baird Drive, Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, 7441.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
