A spiral like staircase leads you to the middle level which consist of two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with his her basin ,walk in double shower and toilet .Continue down the staircase and you’ll discover the main bedroom which has a little more to offer than just a bed. Guest enters the main bedroom via a small kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and mini fridge which makes it easy for entertaining on the deck. There is also seating area with a sofa bed and TV adjoining the kitchen. The main bedroom is separated from the living area by a divider, allowing for privacy .It offers a king sized bed ,air conditioning and full en-suite bathroom with his and her basin ,walk in shower, freestanding bath and toilet. The lower part of the Sea Point neighbourhood is trendy and popular with an abundance of restaurants, bars, boutiques and convenient stores.
