The management company, Propr were impossible to communicate with. They required WhatsApp texts with no way of speaking to anyone on the phone. We reported a problem with a cooling apparatus which was leaking onto the floor and carpet. We were there for 8 days and the problem was never addressed. Despite booking an arrival time and confirming this when we landed in Cape Town the representative from Propr arrived 1 hour late after an exhausting flight from New York. The apartment was lovely and well situated close to all the action in Sea Point. There was no AC but we knew this going in. February is a very hot month in Cape Town and that why we needed the cooling machine. The Primary bedroom is on the second floor with a very narrow winding staircase for access. Also the bottoms of the drawers dropped out and despite reporting this it was never fixed.
