Experience a vacation stay in the opulent and modern beachfront area of
Eden on the Bay in Bloubergstrand. This setting is perfect for visitors
who enjoy exploring during their holiday and offers a selection of
restaurants, cafes and charming stores, many with ocean views. Blouberg
is centrally located, being only a 15 minute drive from the City Centre
of Cape Town.
Eden on the Bay is a 2 minute walk from the beach and captures the
vibrant Atlantic Ocean ambiance from the moment guests enter through
the front door. The decor is rustic and cosy, with spacious open plan
living areas consisting of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining room that
can seat 6 people comfortably as well as a beautiful lounge that opens
up onto a balcony through large sliding doors. Both bedrooms have hard
wood floors, queen sized beds and are decorated with shades of blue,
beige and white â the main bedroom has a TV as well as its own en-suite
bathroom.
Bloubergstrand is a very popular destination in Cape Town and is
beautiful all year around. In summer, the beaches are regularly visited
by surfers and kitesurfers as the wind conditions are perfect for most
water sports, while families enjoy days spent discovering the beauty of
the coast as well as the stunning views of Table Mountain and Robben
Island that are visible from the outstretched beachfront. A number of
welcoming restaurants can be enjoyed along the ocean, while Blouberg is
also home to a selection of shopping malls and family-friendly
attractions.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the ownerâs/managementâs discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at Cnr Sir David Baird Dr and Otto du Plessis Drive, Big Bay
The Property Manager will hand the keys to you and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
