Perched on the 3rd floor with sweeping views of False Bay and the SA Navy harbour, this stylishly furnished apartment offers the perfect lock-up-and-go base for up to four guests. Wake up to spectacular sunrise views from the comfort of your own space, and step out onto the private balcony to soak in the ocean air with coffee or end the day with a glass of wine as the sun sets behind the mountain.
Inside, the apartment features two bedrooms â one with a double bed and the other with two singles â along with a modern bathroom with a large shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine and dishwasher, while the open-plan lounge and dining area invite easy relaxation and conversation, framed by a panoramic window that bring the sea and sky indoors.

Famous for its colony of African penguins at Boulders Beach, Simon's Town offers visitors a unique chance to observe these delightful creatures up close. The town's cobbled streets are lined with quaint boutiques, eateries, and museums that speak to its rich heritage, making it a must-visit spot for those touring the Cape Peninsula. Winter is when the town truely comes alive especially in the sea when we have the annual visit of the Southern Right and Humpback Whales. They put on an incredible show and you will have front row seats from your apartment.
Getting Around:
It is strongly recommended that you hire a car.
Uber or local driver services are strongly recommended should you go out for a couple of drinks.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE be extra careful around the lounge windows!
No under 12's due to height.
Property is on the 3rd floor of the building and you must climb stairs to get there. The higher you go, the better the view so the stairs is a small price to pay for the views you get. It's worth it!
