building located in popular De Waterkant
Within close walking distance of the V&A Waterfront, this unit is ideal
for leisure or business travel. It is also a 5 minute drive to the CBD
and CTICC (Cape Town International Convention Centre) and just a 10
minute drive to our iconic Table Mountain and world famous beaches of
Clifton and Camps Bay.
The building has 24/7 security and access control and 1 secure
allocated parking bay with elevator access.
Our unit is fully-furnished: Inside you will find everything you need
to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This includes a fully
equipped kitchen, spacious open plan lounge and dining area, TV with
Netflix access, work space with uncapped high speed wifi, a bedroom
with ample cupboard space and comfortable queen size bed and an en
suite bathroom with walk in shower.
Other Amenities Include:
Uncapped WiFi: Stay connected with high-speed, perfect for remote work
or staying in touch with loved ones.
Netflix: Enjoy your favourite shows and movies on the Smart TV in the
lounge area.
Washing Machine: Take advantage of the in-unit washing machine for
added convenience during your stay.
Nespresso: Start the day with a cup of espresso
Guest access
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to
themselves.
Other things to note
We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and
at an additional cost if required.
Linen & towels as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar and
basic shower amenities are provided.

Please note that there are ongoing balcony waterproofing works that will continue over the coming weeks at Metropolis.
