Welcome to this spacious home - the perfect place for a relaxed holiday close to the beach. Be it a group of friends or families sharing, our guests enjoy carefree days in this wonderful 6 bedroom villa with stunning sea and mountain views. Soak up the sun, relax by the beautiful pool or in the wood-fired hot tub or make most of the various entertainment options in the large garden or the games room. For cooler evenings there is a lovely fireplace in the lounge making this also the perfect place for cozy winter days. When venturing out, Camps Bay's long sandy beach and a variety of restaurants and shops are a short walk away.

The space
The villa comfortably sleeps 12 and is serviced 3 days a week for your convenience.

Master bedroom (upper level):
King size bed and direct access to balcony overlooking the pool and garden, spectacular sea views, large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, two hand basins and heated towel rail. Aircon. Large step-in wardrobe.

Second bedroom (upper level):
Queen size bed, very spacious room with reading corner (armchair and bookshelf), desk / work area with sea view, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Third bedroom (top level):
Queen size bed, very spacious room with additional single bed, large book shelf, spectacular sea views, desk / work area with sea and mountain views, en-suite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail. Aircon.

Fourth bedroom (upper level):
Two single beds (photo currently still shows a double bed), bathroom with shower-bath with heated towel rails next to the room and shared with bedroom 5.

Fifth bedroom (upper level):
Extra wide single bed, desk, bookshelf, bathroom with shower-bath and heated towel rails next to room and shared with bedroom 4.

Bedroom 6 (upper level):
Queen size bed (in photo currently still shows bunk bed); ensuite bathroom with shower and heated towel rail.

Games room (ground level):
Pool table, shelves full of books for kids of different ages, board games, puzzles and a range of other games.

Gym (ground level):
Free weights, step machine, spinning bike (bluetooth enabled and will connect to your Zwift app for gamified training, perfect for hobby and serious riders), pull-up bar, TR-X, yoga mats, skipping ropes, football, basketball, volleyball

Kitchen (ground level):
Large and well equipped kitchen that provides everything you need for serious cooking or baking and more. Adjoined the scullery with further large freezer, washing / dryer

Lounge (ground level):
Comfortable couches and armchair, sea and garden views, TV with Netflix - and should Netflix not be enough then there is also a DVD player and a DVD collection, including a large number of kids movies.

Dining (three steps down from the Lounge):
3m 10-seater table with views into the garden and onto the terrace and pool, bookshelf. Two Stokke high chairs are available.

Outside / garden:
Particularly kids will enjoy the outside space and the amount of entertainment options this home away from home has to offer. Swing, slide and climbing frame for smaller kids, small football goal, table tennis, adventure play area with swing, 6m rope, tree climbing and tree house, slackline, solar heated pool.

Other things to note:
We of course welcome children - in fact, children will probably enjoy the space the most - but please be aware that there is an open pool and many stairs throughout the house. Likewise, the adventure playground, tree climbing and rope swinging provide a lot of fun, but rely on supervision for smaller kids.
