Atypical loft in the south of France, near the Canal du Midi, 30 minutes from the beaches

Between sea and vineyards, Minervois and Languedoc, Capestang is a historic port village on the Canal du Midi.
With its tree-lined squares, it is a lively village where life is good, with a typical Mediterranean atmosphere. Equipped with all the necessary shops (bakery, butcher, tobacco/newspapers, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.), its numerous restaurants will allow you to discover the gastronomy of the region.
A beautiful sunny region rich in activities (historical walks, hikes, cycling, canoeing, wine tourism, swimming, castles) which is not lacking in attractions.
You will stay approximately 15 km from the port of Somail, the Fonserannes locks, the historic towns of Béziers and Narbonne and 1 hour from the magnificent city of Carcassonne, Montpellier or Perpignan.
Béziers-Cap d'Agde airport is 29km away.
You will stay in an atypical loft of 240 m2, a few steps from the Saint Etienne Collegiate Church, the market square and the village activities. Tastefully furnished, it can accommodate up to 10 people. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with a TV lounge and table football for games with family or friends. The mezzanine allows 4 additional beds with a desk, a fitness area and a relaxation area ideal for teenagers.
You can take advantage of its 60 m2 terrace to plancha or relax in the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing.
We specify that this is our house that we rent during our vacations and that you will have to take care of our two cats Pablo and Mila.
