In a few minutes on foot you can easily reach the pebble beach of Margidore, less crowded even during the high season. In Lacona there is no real urban center but on foot you can reach the main services such as bars, restaurants, rotisserie, bakery and pharmacy. The central location of the town with respect to the island makes it an ideal place to visit the numerous beaches and various villages of the Elba island.
Independent villa located on the ground floor and inserted in a larger property where there is another house. The structure consists of kitchen, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower. Equipped with TV, large shaded terrace equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, parking space and the possibility of using the washing machine. Pets allowed (on request).
