We offer a complex of three apartments located in an ideal position: in the center of Capoliveri, but outside the pedestrian area. A comfortable and quiet place, a few steps from the picturesque medieval village, with its characteristic streets, artisan shops and an authentic atmosphere that conquers every visitor.

The accommodation is the central one of the three, it offers a bright living room with a view of the sea in the background with a kitchen equipped with an oven and gas burners, air conditioning, and two single beds as well as a small television. The bedroom is double. The bathroom has a shower and bidet. It does not have a reserved parking space but a large free parking lot is available 100 meters away.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed

- only small pets are allowed with a cleaning supplement of € 30 to be paid on site
- deposit (mandatory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15:00)
- bed linen and towels: € 20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
