Despite the secluded atmosphere, the center of Capoliveri is only 1.2 km away, while the beach of Naregno is about 1.3 km away.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. Check-in and key collection are done in our offices in Portoferraio. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and utensils at check-out, carry out waste sorting and dispose of the same.
