The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where one can enjoy great dining and shopping. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay. The Neighborhood:

The unit is located within the Beach Villas complex and it is located on the gulf side, close to both the beach and downtown Captiva.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around on Captiva is a golf cart, or on bikes. You can Uber from RSW Airport for just $50-70 and really will not require a car while here unless planning to visit Sanibel and neighboring areas.



Other Things to Note:

We require guests to complete a rental agreement prior to checking in. The agreement will be sent upon booking confirmation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed, but provide guests the privacy the desire to enjoy their vacation in peace!
