You’ll find:

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One: Three single beds
- Bedroom Two: Bunk bed with double below and single bed on top
- Bedroom Three (attic): Super king bed and one single bed
- Bedroom Four: Double bed
- Lounge: Sofa bed

Location
Just a short stroll from the city’s main attractions, you’ll find Cardiff Castle, shopping arcades, restaurants, and the train station all within walking distance. Cardiff Bay is also an easy drive or cycle away.

House Rules
- No smoking, parties, or events.
- We are more than happy to accommodate pets, but charge a £30 fee per pet, for a maximum of 2 pets.
- Please keep noise to a minimum during the quiet hours (after 10pm)

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Please note: If booking this property with a group fewer than 8 people, you will be given full access to the top 2 floors of the property only. This comes equipped with a full kitchen, three bedrooms and a full bathroom.

This is a residential home—please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise may result in booking cancellation.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Late check-in or check-out of up to 2 hours may be available for £40, subject to availability and confirmation after booking.

Any damage to the property will be charged to the lead guest.
