Wunderschöne Oase mit 6 Schlafzimmern, großem Hof / Garten, in der NĂ€he von Beach & Lego Land

Viel Platz im Innen- und Außenbereich, damit Ihre Familie und Freunde sich entspannen und das herrliche Klima SĂŒdkaliforniens genießen können. Offener und luftiger Grundriss mit drei großen GlasschiebetĂŒren, um den Garten zu genießen. Eingebettet am Ende einer Sackgasse mit einem sehr privaten GrundstĂŒck. 6 Schlafzimmer, 3 BĂ€der, schöne neu renovierte KĂŒche und BĂ€der.

Wir haben ein Klavier, das bittet, dass jemand es spielt, ich gebe meine Kinder auf.

Das Haus wurde kĂŒrzlich mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. WĂ€hrend es nur fĂŒr ein paar Wochen im Jahr unangenehm wird, wer möchte nachts heiß sein! Neu installierte SchlĂ€uche fĂŒr alle Heizungs- und Klimaanlagen sorgen fĂŒr eine bessere Temperaturmodifikation und einen korrekten Luftstrom als je zuvor. Mit einem einfach zu bedienenden Nest-Thermometer. Viel Platz an Deck und auf der Terrasse mit drei verschiedenen Tischen im Freien, Grill, Leinekugelstange, Basketballkorb und zusĂ€tzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten in der Lounge, auf denen Sie spielen, entspannen und Ihren Platz genießen können. Der große Garten mit Rasen verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine riesige Spielstruktur, ein Trampolin, ein Sofagarnitur fĂŒr den Außenbereich, einen Esstisch fĂŒr 12 Personen, eine HĂ€ngematte und eine Baumschaukel. Sie haben viel Platz im Freien, um sich zu entspannen oder Kinder herumlaufen zu lassen.
Parken fĂŒr zwei Autos in der Garage, ferngesteuert. Komplette WaschkĂŒche in Garage mit SpĂŒle. Neu installierte Außendusche im WĂ€schebereich, um den gesamten Strand abzuspĂŒlen und vom freien Tag aus zu surfen. Vorplatz mit Baumschaukel verschlossen. Alle Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss haben zusĂ€tzlichen Zugang zum Balkon. 65-Zoll-4K-Fernseher mit Satellitenempfang und Blu-Ray / DVD. Wet Bar im Esszimmer und Parkettböden auf der Hauptebene, außer in den Zimmern im Erdgeschoss mit weichen Teppichen. FĂŒnf-Flammen-Herd, EdelstahlgerĂ€te, Warmwasserhahn und viel Platz auf der Arbeitsplatte. Geschirr fĂŒr 16, Töpfe, Pfannen, Messer und alle notwendigen Utensilien. Die KĂŒche umfasst auch eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Toaster, einen Topf und einen Mixer.

Ein Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene hat einen zusĂ€tzlichen Außeneingang. Perfekt fĂŒr verschiedene Gruppen zu kommen und zu gehen. Der Eingang ist von der hinteren Terrasse. Und befindet sich neben einem anderen Schlafzimmer.

This home fit the needs of our family of 13 perfectly. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. The kitchen especially was a bonus. We ate many meals in and had absolutely everything we could have needed for our large group. Their are many table games and beach towels, etc., available to use as well. The chickens laid every day and our grandkids had a blast gathering them. I had a few occasional questions between booking the property and our stay. Kim was always prompt with an answer. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great house in a nice neighborhood. It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. During our 1-week stay, we visited the beach twice (less than 2 miles away), Legoland and Sea World. We enjoyed the large house to hold our kids and grandkids. The grandkids loved the backyard. Our small challenges were that check-in and wifi were different than the automated message described and 1 bedroom had a different bed configuration than shown on the VRBO site. Fortunately the host responded promptly when notified. The correct wifi can be found in the binder at the house.

Loved the Chicken House

This property was perfect for our large family get together. The layout was perfect and there are plenty of things to keep you entertained at the house before you even make it down to the beach. The property was clean, well stocked, and the owners were super responsive to questions and requests. We loved it and maybe we’ll be back again in the future.

Perfect home for large family and kids!

Our extended family of 12 had an excellent stay over the Christmas holiday. We have twin 3 year olds and they just loved it - their laughter playing outside filled our holiday and brought so much joy...from (a very safe) trampoline to the tetherball to the play structure, they were outside daily. The home also had lots of games and toys available for us to use.The home was perfect for our large group, accommodating all of us for dinner and with sleeping accommodations. The home is conveniently located to shopping and downtown Carlsbad.Staying in the home over Christmas, Kimberly was so accommodating and she provided a Christmas tree for our family celebration. We loved having the tree!!We would love to come back.

Family time in Carlsbad

Check-in was unclear, but eventually cleared up with a neighbor's help. Home was welcoming and very comfortable for our extended family. Home away from home, great location

This home was a soft landing for our family, and felt a little like home, but better. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had, and we had plenty of room to spread out. All the available games and activities helped make the week enjoyable for the adults as there was plenty to occupy the young kiddos during downtime. And when we decided to get out to the beach or Legoland, the access was primo. It was an all around great place to make some precious family memories.

Nice Family Home

This is a nice family home that suited our group well. The kitchen was lovely and well-equipped. Many beach items were provided for our 3 and 7 year old grandchildren. They made daily use of the trampoline but could not play in the playhouse because of all the spider webs. The rooms and bathrooms were clean but my daughter and I did have to clean the outside furniture to be able to use it. After we did we loved sitting outside to enjoy our morning coffee, watch the wee ones jumping on the trampoline and then later eating dinner outside on the lighted patio.

Carlsbad-Oceanside visit

The home is much larger than the looks of the pictures. We were very impressed with the layout of the kitchen and main eating area. Where we spent most of the time. Eating, talking and game playing. It was more of a reunion. Some, the last time we meey was 2000 timeframe. Six bedrooms and thee bathrooms was a plus, and there is an outside shower to rinse off for those who made a plunge into the ocean at Carlsbad beach. There is a propane grill, very clean on the patio, but we didn't get a chance to use it. There are three big screen TVs, the only one used for this trip was in the bunk room. You are able to park your vehicle in the garage. There is a VONS and Starbucks minutes away (you can walk there in about 15 minutes). There is a COSTCO nearby, off of Palomar Airport Road with a gas station. Carlsbad Village has some nice shops and eateries.

Great family house

The house was accurately described in the listing. Kim was responsive to all questions. The house has a casual and relaxed feel. I can’t cheer loudly enough for the fabulous outdoor play areas. Our 5 to 7 year old grandchildren (4) played endlessly. The large indoor and outdoor eating areas were great for the ten of us. Heads up on the bathroom situation. The one ground floor bathroom is on the smaller size. We really loved our 5 day stay.

Home away from home

This house, property and location worked great for us. We had 11 people. My 3 sons, their spouses and 4 grandkids, who range in age 17-25. The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans cooking utensils Everything we needed to prepare a meal. The back yard was very nice. Basketball hoop was used daily! Loved having morning coffee on patio and we had several meals on patio too. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful area. Close to grocery store too.

Best rental in Carlsbad!!

My family had the very best experience staying at this home. We absolutely loved the home. It is just a short drive to the beach, more than enough room for our family of 9 and everything needed was included. The home has beach towels, beach chairs, paddle board, body board and surf boards. It also has every thing you can ask for entertainment wise. It has several TVs, a trampoline, swing set with slide, bbq grill and plenty of room for outdoor dining. It was hard convincing my kids to go to the beach because they had so much fun at the home. Throw in all this with the bonus of getting fresh eggs daily from the chickens and our vacation stay was unparalleled. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing home with us! We look forward to returning next year as well. If you are considering renting this property, DO IT! You will not regret it!!

Perfect family vacation home

This home was perfect for our 6 adults and 4 children ages 1-5. We were thrilled with the space and incredible amenities. Kimberly was over-the-top responsive and accommodating. We spent much of our days at the beach with each family coming back during the days for various nap times. It worked so well because the outdoor playground, trampoline and tether ball, basketball and yard provided complete entertainment for the older kids. This home raised the bar for our perfect vacation home with kids.

Perfect Place for a Family

We had a wonderful experience at Kim's place. Check-in was a breeze. The kitchen is very well stocked and there is plenty of seating for large groups. The bunk beds are perfect for multiple children and of course the playset and trampoline were wonderful to have to keep the kids occupied. The chickens were a lot of fun and the kids enjoyed feeding them. We will definitely be back for our next beach trip!

This property was the key to arranging a family reunion. There was 95 year old matriarch, 3 couples, and 4 children aged 5 to 11. We went to Legoland, San Diego Zoo, community pool, and beach in Oceanside. We served dinner for 17 at the house one night and were able to arrange dinners for 17 at Benihana and at Campfire, a local restaurant in Carlsbad that was excellent. The children loved the trampoline and playground slide on the property. When we arrived, we noticed a couple of loose door handles and a disengaged cabinet hinge. The property manager came on a Sunday to fix what he could and returned on Monday to finish the job. On the negative side (not much) there was the grill brush, which needed a good cleaning or replacement. We notified owner of this when we left, and she promised to take care of it. Although the house technically had 6 bedrooms, at least one of them (ours, of course), had very limited drawer space and no closet. It was not good living out of suitcases. The room badly needs an upgrade. Overall, everyone had a great time. Our grandkids say they want to return. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

fantastic beach vacation

We had an amazing time at this house. It was our annual family get together with many different families including 7 kids (ages 0-5 years). Everyone had a great time and truly loved the house! It was perfect for kids, with an outdoor play structure and trampoline to play on and a big backyard space. Great outdoor table, we ate every lunch and dinner there. It was wonderful to be able to get the whole family together. The house is fantastic, beautiful in a great neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac, and very close to the beach and Legoland, and the local grocery store which was very useful. Lots of beds made it easy to find a good sleeping arrangement. The house even had books, toys, games, and movies which the kids loved. There were several times when the kids didn't even want to go to the beach, they just wanted to stay and play at the house! We have rented many different vacation homes for our group over the years in many different places all across the country. This was clearly the best one we have ever stayed in. We would definitely come back here!

Great Getaway with Grandchildren

This property exceeded our expectations. We spent a week here and this home had a fully stocked kitchen including a rolling pin! We cooked most of our meals there as our younger grandchildren are hard to deal with at restaurants and we prefer to eat at home. The Grandkids loved all the toys, dolls, slide, swing, trampoline and all the other goodies that were available for them to play outside. It was so relaxing lounging in the yard and watching them play. The home was comfortable, clean and had more than enough sleeping areas for the 9 of us. We also appreciated the fact that when we had a problem we could call the owners and get immediate assistance. Kim and Ben were great to work with. We loved that the home was close to grocery stores, Costco, and beach. We have already recommended this home to a few of our friends who are planning family get togethers. This is by far the best family friendly VRBO rental we have stayed at with our Grandchildren and rest of the family. we hope to get back there soon. Thank you Ben and Kim.

Wonderful time

We had 10 people stay at this property (including 4 small children). We all had plenty of room and never felt over crowded. The backyard was wonderful for the kids to play. The owners were great in letting us use beach equipment in their garage and their kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you need to cook with. The house is the owner’s full time residence so we were not able to access closets. Hanging racks were provided in the bedrooms, but we didn’t realize that ahead of time and did not bring hangers. One of the owners needed to access his house during our stay to mow the lawn and change door codes. It was a bit unexpected, but he tried to be fast and stay out of the way. Kim was great in providing a list of things to do in the area and activities for July 4th. All in all, we had a great time.

Best rental house!!!

This house was better than we could have ever imagined. So much for kids to do there, they never got bored. Kim was so nice and helpful. House was well stocked with stuff for beach. Kitchen had everything we needed to include spices for cooking. House was clean and spacious. So comfortable and fully equipped with games and things to do. It was so close to the beach. Great house for entertaining and for large groups. We look forward to renting it again.

Kim was awesome. She was very promt with replies to all my questions. This property is very nice with all the upgrades inside. Great kitchen and plenty of space for families. The house was very clean which makes it easy to get comfy in a new place. Located close to everything you would want beach, shopping, and great restaurants.

Very comfortable for our large family. Amazing location with easy access to everything!

The home was such a great place for all of us to unwind after a busy day at one of the local amusement parks. It was quite and relaxing, and only 5 minutes from beautiful Carlsbad (one of my favorite towns ever!) The owner was very helpful with anything we needed as well. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great home!

We stayed in Kim's vacation rental in Carlsbad. What a great time we had. The home was everything it was advertized to be and more. The beach and Sea World were both easy to get to. The Olde Carlsbad Fair was on the week-end we were there and that added to our fun. We will definitely want to stay there again.

It was very clean and had everything you could need. Excellent location.

Twelve of us stayed at this property for a family reunion with ages ranging from 1 year to 69 years and it suited us perfectly. Everything was provided with plenty of parking for our three hire cars. It is only a short drive to the beach, Legoland and Safari Park with local shops and Outlets in close proximity as well. As our family live in different parts of the world we were arriving on different days and Kim had no problem at all with this and it all just worked like clockwork. Thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely house.

Absolutely lovely!

This home was wonderful and suited our needs perfectly! We were party of 3 families- 6 adults and 6 young kiddos, and we used up every bedroom. We loved that there were toys in the kids room and they had a blast playing in the yard. The home was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed. I think the only thing we couldn't find was a potato peeler :) The owners were very pleasant and comfortable to work with. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you for helping our family have a wonderful vacation all under one roof!
