Our ocean view condo located in what we lovingly call Juniper Beach 1BR, is located steps away from a staircase leading down to the pristine beach of Carlsbad, CA. This unit is a one bedroom, one bathroom vacation retreat that sleeps two adults. As soon as you walk in the door the elegant beachy decor welcomes you to your beach vacation. When you are ready grab a boogie board or go surf. You will be on the beach and enjoying the water within minutes. If you prefer to explore on land, this home is known for it's "walkability" located walking distance to excellent restaurants such as Vigilucci's, Park 101, and many shopping options located in the Village. After a fun filled day, head back to your vacation rental to retire to your private second floor deck to watch beautiful sunsets go down over the Pacific Ocean nightly.

Guests will have exclusive access to the unit with self-check in capability via a smart lock. Guests will have one reserved parking spot on the property. The unit and ocean view patio are for the exclusive use by the guest. The Outdoor courtyard on the east side of the property and the laundry area is shared with three other units in the building.
This property is professionally managed by Haustay Vacation Rentals who will always be available for any guest inquiries.
Located along Carlsbad Boulevard known for its good beach break surf out front of the house and fun tidal pools for the kids to explore at low tide just south in the Terramar area.
Car is not required due to the great walkability of the location and easy access to car services such as Uber and Lyft.
Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets. No smoking or vaping.
