Absolutely wonderful stay. The location of the property is situated on a hillside, and it's very quiet and relatively secluded from the main part of the town, yet very conveniently close to two of the main shopping areas (Crossroads and Barnyard) and a Safeway. The views are phenomenal. I agree with the prior reviews about the driveway, but it's worth it to be on the hillside location. We did have a minor issue with plumbing, but Marco reacted immediately, and the problem was solved very quickly. The kitchen had all the amenities of home and was well stocked with necessities. The house was very clean and spacious. There were five of us and there were parts of the house that we never even saw or touched. If we ever traveled back to Carmel, none of us would hesitate to book this property again.

The home comfortably accommodated our family of six, including one child and a Labrador. The property is spacious, cozy, clean and inviting. The views are outstanding! We even saw a family of deer outside our window on a few occasions, reminding us of the natural environment. The host pays special attention to details to help make it a positive, memorable experience, such as complimentary wine, s'mores, board games, beach towels and towels specifically for your pet. The game room, outdoor firepit and grill were a highlight for our family. All staff were friendly and responsive. We would stay again.

My extended family and I spent the Memorial Holiday weekend at this property. It was beautiful. The home itself was loverly and had more than enough room for 6 adults and 5 children. The view is gorgeous, even the small peak-a-boo view of the ocean. The kitchen was very well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the linens were good quality. The driveway was no problem for us and our 3 cars to maneuver. Would stay here again.

Outlook Drive property - Carmel

Beautiful home with spacious rooms, cozy fireplaces, well equiped kitched and wondrous views of the mountains and ocean. This house was within near driving distance to a supermarket and Ocean Ave. (5 minutes) in Carmel. Only mild complaint is that we had some communication difficulties with property management over fixing clogged dishwasher but it was ultimately fixed with very little interruption to our use and enjoyment. Prior reviews complained about the driveway. Yes, it's narrow, long and winding but we made it up and down in large SUVs with no issues. In fact, we had to back it down when we encountered the workman leaving the property at the same time we were entering. We managed to navigate this maneuver as well.

Beautiful Home

My wife and I stayed here for three days in November with two other couples. We really enjoyed the house and the amenities. The view from the windows were amazing. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. We would definitely rent this house again. The management company, Coastal Real Estate, needs to stop up their communication skills. Not impressed with them at all.
