Coniston Drive 4 is a 2 bedroom holiday home situated on the Coniston Drive lake at South Lakeland Leisure Village. This holiday home brand new in 2021 has everything that you need for your home from home holiday. There are 2 decking areas one for dining and one for sitting and relaxing so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long. The large open plan lounge-kitchen diner has a Smart TV, kitchen island and dining area perfect for those who enjoy socialising whilst on holiday. The family bathroom offers a bath with an overhead shower, W.C. and sink. The twin room has a walk-in wardrobe, 2 single beds and Smart TV and is a great size. The master bedroom offers a double bed, walk-in wardrobe and en suite shower room. There is a washer dryer in the utility area so you really do have everything you need to enjoy your staycation. No pets.

There is a £100 security deposit to be paid on arrival.

Please note- there will be a £100 deposit (preferably with the same card used to book your break) requested upon arrival, this will be returned at the end of the holiday, subject to damage or loss. You will also need to bring proof of identification.

Please note the cost of Highchairs and Cots are £14 per week and £7 per short break each.

Pets are £45 per week and £35 per short break each.

Please note the swimming pool policy requires children aged 16 and under to be accompanied into the pool by a parent or carer.

Please note that you will receive a pre-arrival call within 7 days of your stay. During this call, a refundable payment will be taken over the phone. This amount will be returned within 3–5 working days after check-out, provided no damages occur and all keys are returned.
