Second Floor- Bedrooms #1 & #2.
2 primary suites with large en suite bathrooms. Primary suite #1 has king bed and double luxury shower. Primary suite #2 has queen bed, en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and balcony.

Third Floor- Spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen area with half bathroom, wet bar/beverage station with Keurig, and balcony. Access the Rooftop Terrace with ocean views from balcony staircase.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire townhouse (unit 2). Elevator on street level to all 3 stories; driveway including covered parking; small unfenced backyard. Please note: there is no street parking allowed in neighborhood.
