Your four-legged family members are welcome too! 13 Palms welcomes dogs, and the fully fenced backyard makes traveling with your pup even easier.

- $250 non-refundable pet fee.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times outside the property
- April 1 – September 30: Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9:00 AM and after 5:00 PM
- October 1 – March 31: Dogs are allowed on the beach anytime
- Up to 2 well-behaved dogs allowed
- Fully fenced backyard

- Check in is at 4:00PM or after and check out is at 10AM.

⭐ Pool Heating Information
The private pool is heated seasonally from May through September.

Pool heaters rely on the surrounding air temperature to maintain comfortable water temperatures and work best when nighttime temperatures remain above approximately 60°F. During colder weather, especially when overnight temperatures fall below this range, the heater may not be able to maintain the desired water temperature.

For this reason, pool heating is limited to the in-season months of May through September to provide guests with the best possible experience.
