Oceanfront 4BR 2-stöckiges Duplex mit privatem Zugang zum Strand

Willkommen bei EASY LIVING, unserem gemĂŒtlichen Strandhaus in idealer Lage zwischen der historischen Strandpromenade und dem North End Fishing Pier in Carolina Beach, wo die StrĂ€nde weniger ĂŒberfĂŒllt sind. Dieses Haus / Cottage ist eine Maisonette mit der Familie mit Seite A und Seite B ist die Mieteinheit. Unser Großvater baute dieses HĂ€uschen in den spĂ€ten 1940er Jahren. Es wurde 2009 teilweise renoviert, hat aber immer noch das GefĂŒhl eines alten HĂ€uschens. Betreten Sie ein sehr helles und vielseitig gestaltetes Anwesen direkt am Strand. Diese Maisonette bietet eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche und einen Essbereich mit Kochgeschirr, Geschirr und Besteck sowie ein Wohnzimmer und ein WC im Erdgeschoss. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich vier Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Badezimmer mit Dusche. Jedes Zimmer verfĂŒgt ĂŒber große Fenster, Deckenventilatoren, einen kleinen Schrank und eine Kommode oder Kommode. Die beiden grĂ¶ĂŸeren Schlafzimmer haben Doppelbetten, wĂ€hrend die beiden kleineren Zimmer volle Betten haben. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat Zugang zur oberen Veranda. Draußen genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Strand, wĂ€hrend Sie auf der Veranda im Obergeschoss mit 2 Wippen nach Herzenslust rocken oder die Treppe zur Strandpromenade hinuntergehen und den Strand selbst genießen. Auf der Veranda im Erdgeschoss stehen Ihnen auch ein Holzkohlegrill und WippenstĂŒhle zur VerfĂŒgung. Kommen Sie von einem unterhaltsamen Tag am Strand herein, spĂŒlen Sie sich ab und nehmen Sie auf der Bank auf halber Höhe des privaten Strandzugangs Platz. Oder kommen Sie gleich zum AbspĂŒlen in die Außendusche auf der Veranda. Die große Veranda an der Straßenseite ist ideal, um den Sonnenuntergang und die Leute beim Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand zu beobachten. In der Maisonette ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Lovely

Very clean. Beautiful stretch of beach. House was quiet. I’d high recommend this property. For someone who does a decent amount of cooking while on vacation the kitchen was very small but everything you need is there! Loved walking to the coffee shop (which also has lots of basics if you forget something). Really everything is walkable if you don’t mind walking
tiki bar to the left, coffee shop and main pier and restaurants to the right. Enjoy!

Great location!

Loved our stay at the cottage. The beach access was amazing as was the view. Everything needed for a week at the beach was provided and Paula was very helpful and prompt with questions. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a bit small, but did not impact our stay in any way as we were outside a majority of the time. Would definitely recommend the cottage♄

Love Staying Here

This was our 4th time staying here and live it every time. My favorite spot is the up stairs deck off the master bedroom. Love having our own private beach access and the owners are exceptional to deal with. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. Porch off master bedroom was perfect to see the sunrise every morning and watching the moon rise every night! Loved you have your private walkway to the beach. Chair/umbrella rentals were placed right at the end of the walk. Everything you need! Will plan to book again!

The best of times @ Easy Living

We love the ease of beach access, the outdoor shower is a hit with the guys and little ones, showering after the beach. The house was clean and neat and has everything we need for our family week at the beach. Paula is a super host! Communication with her is always prompt, attentive and direct. Perfect Vacation

I have stayed at this rental several times over the past 8 years. I chose it because it was perfect for my family of 5. We each had our own bedroom, there is private access to the beach and there are less people on the beach than nearer public entrances. I also love the shower outside to get rid of sand. The brand new washer and dryer are in the perfect location. Plus there are two decks to enjoy the outside. I loved exiting the master bedroom to the upper deck to see the sunrise. My family has fond memories of this vacation home that we will always cherish.

Cozy place right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, right on the beach, and had everything we needed for our family of 5. The ocean water was great; crystal clear water some days, mostly green flags and never over-crowded. It's a 1/2 mile walk to the pier; which had a small restaurant/bar that was decent. It's a mile walk to the boardwalk; which had plenty of spots to shop, eat, drink, play ($5 per hour to park if you don't want to walk). Only negatives, and these were minor things that didn't hamper our stay at all, would be the electric outlets are minimal and in odd locations, most of the TV channels were unavailable, the walls are thin and you can hear the TV/people next door, and the bathrooms are pretty tiny. Again, those were minor things. We still had a great time and would stay here again. We're gunna miss Britts Donuts, the best burgers from Island Burgers & Bites, the shrimp po'boy from The Sea Witch, and the ice cream from Celtic Creamery. We hope to come back again soon. Thanks!

Charming & Relaxing Beach Cottage

We LOVED our week at Easy Living! The cottage is comfortable, homey, nostalgic, & quaint - plus, it was very clean. It really promotes relaxation with the private covered porches and rocking chairs on the front and back. There is lots of space to spread out throughout the home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - except a dishwasher - bring paper plates! There is plenty of room on the beach right down the boardwalk. We were 100% happy with our stay here - the owners were attentive to any questions we had & we definitely will be coming back again. Hopefully, soon! Thank you so much! The Robinette Family

Really enjoyed the location and the house, it reminds me of my mom's beach house. We did Thanksgiving which was a stretch but the kitchen was stocked well and was able to handle the job. The only drawback was the downstairs half bath. The fan motor was very loud and small, but it was not the end of the world! Loved our stay

GREAT GET AWAY WITH PRIVATE BOARDWALK TO THE BEACH.

We loved this duplex. Short walk to beach. Very comfortable with 4 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bath. We would stay again next visit. Thank you Paula for taking such good care of us! We love the area.

Family Bonding Time in the Carolinas

After looking for the “best “ accommodations for my Family inclusive of 2 teenaged sons; I settled on Ms Paula’s lovely home. From the quaint decor, to the wonderful Oceanic views from both decks; we felt right at home. The home was a “blast from the past “ and reminded me of my own landmark family homes in the country albeit beachside. Well equipped property , amazing decks, views, great outdoor shower, clean , Comfortable beds, great laundry , rocking chairs , barbecue and central location to dining//convenient stores. The owner was extremely responsive and her hospitality was top notch. She and her family made us feel right at home. 5 star stay for us for sure. B. Family of 8 enjoyed their stay.,

Housekeeping needs to step up. Exterior of fridge was dirty even with food particles on it. Looks like it’s never been wiped. There was trash & food wrappers under the beds. Dishes were dirty. All else was great. Very attentive when an issue came up and was resolved in 30 minutes. Beautiful location. Outdoor rockers on top covered porch was a haven. I’d stay there again but hope housekeeping improves.
