Welcome to Sandpiper Crossing, a beautiful oceanfront 3 bed, 2 bath home with great ocean views! Take in the relaxing views with sliders from both your living room and primary bedroom opening up to your full length oceanfront deck.

When you first walk in you'll notice the open floor plan kitchen, living room, dining area with newly refinished wood floors and its beautiful built ins with large flat screen TV. The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of dishes and cabinets, and a center island. There is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet. The dining area seats six, as well as two bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room has a Smart TV, plenty of comfy seating, and sliders out onto the deck.

The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, sliders with an ocean view, and an on suite bathroom with large walk in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have Smart TV's.

The large oceanfront deck has plenty of patio furniture and a private walkway onto the beach. We have a private outdoor shower to rinse off and locked carport storage for your beach gear.

We have covered parking under the building for up to three cars.
This is the lower level of a duplex and is a short 10-minute walk along the beach to the popular Carolina Beach boardwalk area. Enjoy Britt's donuts, the carnival rides, the great restaurants, live bands, fireworks, and then stroll back home.

Check in is 4:00PM and check out is by 10:00AM
This is a no smoking, no pets property.
You must be at last 25 years old to enter into a rental contract
We provide the sheets, bath towels, pillows, bedspreads, and blankets.
