The Space

Set on a generous block, Locky's Nest provides plenty of outdoor space for children to play while adults unwind in the tranquil surroundings. Inside, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area creates a warm and welcoming space where family and friends can gather.

The well-equipped kitchen makes preparing meals simple, while the cosy combustion fireplace is perfect for cooler evenings. During the warmer months, reverse-cycle air conditioning ensures year-round comfort.

Step outside onto the small deck and enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink after a day spent at the beach.

Please note: A $500 security bond applies to all bookings.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental.
Linen

Mattress protectors, quilts, quilt covers, pillows, and pillow protectors are provided.

Guests are required to bring their own:

Bed sheets
Pillowcases
Towels
Bath mats
Tea towels

Linen hire is available upon request. Please contact our office at least 3 days prior to your arrival to arrange delivery. Linen will be delivered to the property before check-in. Please note that a bed-making service is not available.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

If full payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled. Keys cannot be issued until payment has been received in full.

All payments are securely processed via Stripe using your credit card.

Security Bond

A $500 credit card pre-authorisation will be processed 1 day before check-in.

The bond will be released 7 days after check-out (or after the full stay for bookings longer than 7 days), provided there is no damage, breakage, excessive cleaning required, or other additional charges.

Keys cannot be issued if the bond pre-authorisation cannot be successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy
30 or more days before check-in: Full refund, less Stripe processing fees.
14–30 days before check-in: 50% refund, less Stripe processing fees.
Within 14 days of check-in: No refund.
Early departure after check-in: Unused nights are non-refundable.
