I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly staff and the rooms were modern and very clean. I have a lovely time staying at the hotel.

Mukava hotelli Bogagranden ranta-alueella
Pros:Vastaanotossa oli ystävällinen palvelu. Puffet-aamiainen monipuolinen.
Cons:Wifi ei toimi kaikissa huoneissa. Kadulta kuuluva melu saattaa häiritä yöaikaan.
Location:Bogagranden ranta-alueella on paljon hotelleja ja turisteja. Vanhaan kaupunkiin pääsee kätevästi taksilla.
Perusmukavuuksin varustetut huoneet. Erityisen hyvä aamiainen sisältyy huoneen hintaan. Lähellä rantaa.

Nice place to stay
Stayed in a standard room with a balcony, sea views, views across Bay & old city in distance, very pretty at night.
The breakfasts were fine and the waitresses really friendly & attentive, could not fault them.
The room was very clean & kept well serviced, air conditioning efficient.
Spray head missing from the shower, sharp edges on the shower surround tiling at floor level.
One bulb blown in bedside lamp.
There was a standard security safe & not a laptop security box as mentioned on the website, best to confirm this when booking (if you intend taking your laptop).
I noticed that the water in the W.C. was slow to leave on the first day & I had a blockage on the second day.
Called reception & they sent a member of staff who handed me a toilet plunger!!!!!!!
Could not believe that a 3 star hotel could do this! (Mr. Manager hang your head in shame!)
I never used the gym facility, who needs it when you are plunging the loo?! (very good for upper arm strength!) also good for the lungs (holding the breath!)
I noticed that the W.C. waste pipe was quite small in diameter, I recommend flushing waste & paper separately, no problems afterwards.
In a 4+ star hotel I expect good room inspection & small problems to be fixed before the next guests move in.
Pity the room didn't have tea & coffee-making facilities.
These are my only complaints.
Swimming pool on 3rd. floor is not big (most photographs make pools look much bigger than they are!) but it was of average size & clean.
Hotel is ok, I recommend it, located on main drag, with many shops, bars, ice cream parlors & restaurants close by, I've visited much worse!
