Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. This mobile house is completely renovated on a NON HOA community, great to feel free,lots of love put into it. Its come with a charcoal grill .You will enjoy the tranquility stay on this house and is all equipped to fits your needs. It's shaded and breeze, large open yard, great for pets and have family gathers. Close to all mayor restaurants nearby, Orlando & Sanford Airport is only 15 minutes away. Mayor road of 434 and 436, Uptown Mall, Orlando health and Advent health 5 minute away. Only 20 minutes from downtown Orlando about 45 minutes from Disney, how great is that to be so central. Great to get away and stay on a place that is not just a room where you sleep is equipped to grill and cook. Welcome pets!

Terrible experience

When my husband and I (and our dog) arrived after a very long 11 hour drive, we were looking forward to relaxing for a few hours before heading out to dinner with family. Upon arrival we walked into the home and it was EXTREMELY HOT inside the thermostat said it was 85 degrees inside and when we turned it on, it didn’t cool a single degree in over an hour. The TV didn’t work either it stayed frozen on the Home Screen. after communicating with the owner, she was very unhelpful. Saying the a/c must’ve been out of Freon and she would try to see if the hvac guy could come look at it. Regarding the tv she told me the batteries must be dead, but the remote worked fine to turn the Tv on. We were very tired and annoyed. While she did offer for us to stay in the much much smaller barn in the backyard, it was also very hot inside. We ended up finding another place to stay that was much much better and asked her to cancel and refund. I then had to fight with her and VRBO for TWO days to get the money back. This ruined my vacation and I would definitely recommend exploring other options first.

Fun, unique home w/ conveniences nearby

We picked this house as it was close to family. Stayed 5 nights over the holiday. Definitely well equipped kitchen. Note no dishwasher or oven but there is a large countertop toaster oven, stove top burners for cooking, coffee maker, teapot, microwave - so all good. Comfy beds. Solid WiFi as one of us worked remotely a few days. Ample parking and VERY responsive property mgr as questions or issues popped up. For three adults it was fine. Mentioned in other reviews is that it's a bit quirky that you have to walk thru the bathroom to get to 1 of the 2 bedrooms so you need to figure out logistics a bit, i.e. if someone is in the bathroom someone may be locked in the bedroom. But it was fine and added some humor to the time together. Nice little office space w/ desk for working. Only flag was that the neighborhood was loud over the break. Very very loud music till 3am one night - but it was a holiday - and dogs barking every night next door. Walls are thin as it is a mobile home. We ultimately were comfortable there and appreciated the location. So overall a good place to stay for our time in Casselberry. Easy to get to grocery stores and more as well.

Relaxing Getaway

Very quiet place to relax and much better than staying at a hotel. Owner was very prompt in answering the 2 questions that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

So cozy and welcoming

This is a cozy and welcoming little get away place. Both rooms are comfy. The property is as described. It is easy to forget it is not home :) The host is very accommodating and communicative. My cat even forgot we were on vacation. She is usually anxiety ridden. There are good vibes here. We would definitely stay here again and we recommend a stay at this happy, comfortable, vacation home.

Small but clean, bathroom placement an issue.

The house was a little small for 4 adults. It was clean and comfortable, close to where we needed to be, the neighborhood was quiet. The outside property could be a little cleaner and neater. The single bathroom was the main issue since it was outside one of the bedrooms. If you were in the bedroom and someone was in the bathroom you had to wait until they were done to go into the kitchen. The living room had no heat. It was always chilly.

Nice Place

Great location, central to all we wanted to do in the area. Cute, comfy and a bit quirky Mobil home with a great kitchen, had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and feel welcome. I recommend it.
