Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 18/07/26 to 22/08/26 (Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30.
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid in cash on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens and pool towels, midweek change of bath towels, weekly cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms, welcome basket (breakfast items), baby cot.
City tax not included: 1,50 € per night, per person (to be paid in cash on arrival), excluding children up to 12 years, max 6 nights.

The swimming pool (10 meters by 4 meters, depth 1.50 meters) is open from 01.04 - 31.10.
