Home Description
The best feature of the house is the generous open floor layout (36âx27â) overlooking a large wooden deck with an brand new outdoor Jacuzzi.
The entire ground level has radiant heated ceramic tile floors. The exposed wooden beams you see throughout, are the trees cleared from the lot before construction began.
The living room features a cathedral ceiling with a two story stone fireplace, leather armchairs, a comfortable sofa with a chez and a 57â smart TV, and plush wool rugs throughout.
The open floor chefâs kitchen is newly renovated with a granite island and countertops. It has everything you need to cook your meals, including spices. We have a natural gas stove and oven, bread maker, slow cooker, pancake griddle, hand mixer, popcorn maker, juice machine, panini press, blender... and an outdoor infrared grill (w/grilling utensils)
The freezer is stocked with breakfast basics.
We have a Nespresso machine with a frother and also a drip coffee maker (with a grinder). We provide Nespresso pods, assorted Tazo teas, sugar, mini peanut butter and Bonne Maman jam, and also an assortment of mini cereal boxes.
Our water comes from a well and it is safe to drink and cook with, but please bring your own water if you prefer to drink bottled water.
The dining room has a large reclaimed wood table with comfortable seating. There is a screened-in outdoor dining room for al fresco dining and a large wooden deck with patio furniture and an umbrella.
The master suite is bright and spacious with a very comfortable king size bed and quality bedding. The en-suite oversized bathroom has large tub and a shower. There are robes and plush towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided as well as mini toiletries in case you forget to bring yours from home.
The second bedroom is oversized with two comfortable queen size beds. It has a sitting area and a vanity.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and a reading alcove. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom on the same floor. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided here as well.
All bedrooms have down comforters and pillows and custom window treatments to darken the rooms.
There is an alcove with a chess/backgammon table that can be used as a work area. Also we have small air hockey and a ping pong table and an electronic keyboard.
Outside we have an infrared Grill and a fire pit for sâmores.
