Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 60 m² flat overlooking lush vegetation in Cauro, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a 380 m² garden. - A 30 m² living room with a bench and dining table, as well as an open kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot.
Outside :
- A enclosed garden with table and chairs for outdoor lunches.
The flat is ideally located in Cauro, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gated grounds of the house. 3 spaces are available and shared with the accommodation above.
