For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A 10m×4m private swimming pool, open from 1st May to 1st November. The pool is heated in the following months only: May, June and October. It is also equipped with an alarm
- An attractive 2,800 m² private enclosed garden
- A 30 m² west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Cauro, in very pleasant and quiet surroundings, 20 min from Ajaccio and 10 min by car from the first beaches. The mountains, the river and hiking are also 20 minutes away. All within easy reach.

In the village you'll find two restaurants, a mini-market and a delicatessen, and in Porticcio or Ajaccio you'll find all the other stores, restaurants, bars and markets...

Transport: car essential, as you can park directly on the house's private grounds (up to 2 vehicles).
