Gut: Check-in, Kommunikation und Lage
A beautiful house with very spacious and pleasant living areas. Unfortunately, several aspects disappointed us considering the price of around 6,000 per week.The quality of the bedding was not up to the standard we expected, and not all bedrooms are air-conditioned. The house also needs better maintenance: several door handles were loose, the ice makers in the American-style refrigerators did not work, the outdoor furniture was quite worn and damaged, and in one of the bedrooms, the Velux window was partially covered with a piece of fabric to compensate for the fact that the roller shutter does not close completely.The location was also a downside. The house is actually the first property at the entrance of the driveway, so we could regularly hear cars passing by. In addition, the location shown on Google Maps appears to place the house further down the driveway, which does not reflect its actual position and may give a different impression of the surroundings when booking.Overall, despite the house’s great potential and very spacious rooms, we felt that the value for money was not satisfactory for a rental at this price.
