Wir sind sehr stolz, die Eröffnung unserer neuesten Immobilie auf Caye Caulker VeLento Oceanfront Rentals bekannt zu geben. Nachdem wir bereits 6 weitere Immobilien auf der Insel erfolgreich gebaut und betrieben haben, haben wir alles, was wir aus diesen Bestrebungen gelernt haben, ĂŒbernommen, um Ihnen nun die besten UnterkĂŒnfte zu bieten, die wir auf der Insel finden.

Wir haben 2 wunderschöne GebĂ€ude gebaut, die 30 Meter vom Karibischen Meer entfernt sind und zwei separate Einheiten in jedem GebĂ€ude enthalten. Diese besondere Unterkunft ist eine Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 BĂ€dern mit einem Bad, das entweder mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet oder von zusĂ€tzlichen GĂ€sten ĂŒber das Futon im Wohnzimmer betreten werden kann, ohne die Bewohner des Schlafzimmers zu stören.

Die gesamte Einheit hat schöne Belizean-Massivholzdecken. Es gibt einen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und die KĂŒche ist voll ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht und ja, es gibt einen Mixer! Die Badezimmer sind mit flauschigen Bade- und HandtĂŒchern sowie Waschlappen und BadetĂŒchern ausgestattet. Die Betten haben alle 460 Laken und ein Schlafzimmer hat einen King und das andere Schlafzimmer kann entweder zwei Singles oder ein King auf Anfrage sein. TheWiFi ist kostenlos, sicher und in allen GebĂ€uden.

Es gibt eine offene KĂŒche und ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Esstisch fĂŒr 6 Personen. Zugang zu der Einheit ist von der schönen ĂŒbergroßen Terrasse, die Platz fĂŒr 6 hat, um den schönsten Meerblick zu genießen.


Es gibt Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, aber die Brise vom Meer ist mehr als ausreichend, um Sie kĂŒhl zu halten, also bitten wir Sie, die TĂŒren und Fenster zu öffnen und unsere Stromrechnungen auf ein Minimum zu halten, damit wir Ihnen weiterhin die bestmöglichen Preise anbieten können !

FĂŒr Ihre SchwimmbedĂŒrfnisse haben wir einen großen Pool und eine Terrasse hinter den GebĂ€uden gebaut. Liegen mit gepolsterter Matratze sind reichlich vorhanden und der Pool ist 5 Fuß tief. ZusĂ€tzlich haben wir eine Ufermauer angelegt, um eine strandĂ€hnliche Fassade hinzuzufĂŒgen, von der sich ein 250 Fuß langes Dock mit einer großen Schwimm- und Sonnenplattform am Ende ausdehnt. Unsere vorherigen Eigenschaften haben bewiesen, dass das Dock der Lieblingsplatz unserer GĂ€ste ist, obwohl die GrĂ¶ĂŸe des neuen Pools und Decks um Aufmerksamkeit konkurrieren kann !!

Wir haben ein Management-Team vor Ort, das Ihnen bei allen Ihren BedĂŒrfnissen helfen wird. Wir haben auch Nacht Sicherheit, so dass die Eigenschaft 24 Stunden am Tag sicher ist.

The facility was amazing, and the staff was top-notch. They assisted with bookings and helped us get our rental set up. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the space, grounds, and team that made the stay worth returning for. I also ran into the property owners on site, and they were so pleasant, they run a tight ship, and it shows. I can not wait to stay here again or at one of their other two properties.

Caye Caulker leaves a lot to be desired

The property was i would say just fine. The dock is not very useable because this side of the island is so windy 24-7 and there is an unbelievable amount of sargassum and sea grass. Caye Caulker has charm but doesnt have much to do at times doesn't feel safe.

Fantastic spring break with teens!

The property was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked! The office helped set up taxi service from the water taxi. Super convenient to pre-order drinks to be stocked in the fridge for arrival. The office has additional drinks for purchase which was nice throughout the vacation.The location is perfect for enjoying the oceanfront but also being close enough to walk to town for meals and entertainment.We will definitely book at this location again (any of the Velento Rentals) if we find ourselves back on Caye Caulker.

Perfect

We were a group of 6 adults, 1 teen and a toddler who stayed in two suddenly units. We alternated hanging out at one or the other place even though they were the exact same layout. One was on the beach but was the bottom floor. It had great breezes and views but did not have slider doors so was slightly darker inside. The other was facing the pool but second story. The units were great - great lighting, well stocked kitchen, lots of options for seating and hanging out, nice bathrooms, washer and dryer (which was so nice).Kimberly and the team onsite were so helpful, answering questions, recommending restaurants, helping us arrange rides and tours. They quickly replaced towels, toilet paper etc with just a quick What's App message. We rented a golf cart (REALLY liked having this) that had a small problem and Kimberly had someone fix it promptly and ensured we had another golf cart during the few hours it took to fix. The swimming pool was perfect temperature, really clean and not busy at all. The dock area was also lovely. We saw rays and nurse sharks and many many birds. There are little steps down into nice sandy water.Location was very close to several great restaurants. Highly recommend!

Loved this place!

First time in Belize and loved the whole atmosphere of Caye Caulker. The condo was spotless and beds are very comfortable. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the ocean. Used some paddle boards and cornhole games. Had a great time.

Fantastic Stay

This is a truly nice place. We stayed in unit number two, directly facing the ocean, and the views were stunning. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our time. We did wake up one morning to no available water for the entire property. It was definitely an inconvenience that particular morning (especially with no ability to flush toilets - no need to go into details). But with that said, it was nobody’s fault and just something that happened. The staff all worked hard to have things up and running again. The condo is spacious and nicely decorated inside, with the basic things you would need to cook your own meals. My only two suggestions, given the price to stay at this unit, is to provide some nice quality coffee for the guests and also not charged so much to rent the golf carts. $75 per day is really extreme. We ended up walking across the island every day in the heat, and that wasn’t particularly fun, but we used the mantra of “Go Slow” and overall had a lot of fun on this wonderful island.

Perfect Caye Caulker Stay

This is a perfect setting for a family to relax, rewind and reset. The grounds are decorated beautifully with local flowers and palm trees. The views of the ocean are spectacular. It’s in a great location of Caye Caulker where it is more quite then the main area where you dock from water taxi. We really enjoyed the dock where the kids could swim and paddle board. We look forward to our stay next year.

We loved staying at #2 VeLento! Sunrise with coffee, pool for a dip, short walk to food and shops and plenty of snorkel and diving options. We only needed a golf cart ride on arrival and departure and walked everywhere. The apt and facility was super clean and staff friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Wonderful Property on Beautiful Caye Caulker

We very much enjoyed our stay at VeLento Rentals! The staff were kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. We especially enjoyed walking out on the pier at night, laying on the beach furniture and staring at the night sky with the cool Caribbean breeze. The property is clean and very well maintained. The location is a short walk into the village. A small grocery/mini mart is a five minute walk away. The pool was great for our family. The one thing I would bring attention to is the stocking of the kitchen. All basic kitchen tools are available. However, know that spices, condiments, etc are not stocked (by previous renters like other vrbos) here. If you plan on cooking meals, ingredients A-Z will have to be purchased. Still, I highly recommend this property. We had guests of large parties all around us and when we were inside we couldn’t hear a thing. A solidly built place.

We had a fantastic stay at Valento. The condo itself is spacious, clean, quiet, and has everything you need. We loved having water dispenser and beach towels. The dock/cabanas, pool, and SUPs are a great amenities, and well kept. We all spent time in the hammock out front; it was heavenly. The staff is amazing. Every person we encountered was so helpful and friendly. Everything we needed, they took care of. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will be back. Highly recommended.
