Welcome to the Cedar House hosted by Wander North Rentals!



Cedar House is a cozy cottage tucked into the woods perfect for a family retreat. The home is located just a few miles from Cedar and Maple City, 15 minutes from Traverse City, 20 minutes from Glen Arbor, and 30 minutes from the Interlochen Arts Academy. You couldn't ask for a more central location to explore all the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer!



As soon as you drive up to this home you will be surrounded by Northern Michigan charm. The home sits on a wooded lot with ample outdoor space including an outdoor eating area, seating, and a fire pit.



Inside the home, you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a beautiful open main floor plan. The kitchen is fully renovated and stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your group including pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Off the kitchen is a dining area with seating for 6 and then you will step down into the living area. There are multiple seating options in the living room to spend time with our entire group.



There are 2 bedrooms available on the main floor. Each room is updated with new beds and options for clothing storage. The main floor also has a bathroom with a glass door shower and a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer.



Upstairs is a loft space with 2 twin beds set up as a teen hangout area including bean bags and a desk. This home is ideal for a family traveling together who wants to spend time together but with space to spread out both in and outdoors.



All linens and towels are included in your stay. We also cater to minimalist travelers so include items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, laundry detergent, and more. Please reach out if you have any questions and we can't wait to host you!
