Maria's is an apartment at 2nd floor at your exclusive disposal (NO GUEST HOUSE), OUTSIDE the ZTL of Cefalù, 50 meters away from the train station, but in a very quiet area and only 200 mt. from the main beach (Lungomare di Cefalù) and from the historic center of Cefalù.

Independent entrance (NO condominium) (at 2nd floor for ours russian friends :-) - overlooking the garden - with 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and is very spacious (80 sqm), bright and comfortable.

IT IS FORBIDDEN: to host friends or relatives without having first informed and obtained the authorization from the host.

OPTIONALs: Air Conditioning (0.40 EURO CENTS for each kilowatt, except in August); CAR PARKING with video surveillance - at 50 mt. from the structure (5 EURO per day (except in August).
