For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. NEVR complies with the directives listed on the Mass.gov website. Please be aware that information may be updated and the details of your reservation may also be required to change, potentially without much notice. If the MA Governor issues a MA Rental Ban for MA Vacation Rental Homes, we will allow you to move your reservation to a future date, or provide a refund.
