As you explore the grounds, you will discover the grand backyard gazebo, perfect for outdoor entertainment with its grill and alfresco dining.

From the gazebo, walk into the brightly lit kitchen, equipped with ample meal prep space, updated appliances, an abundance of cookware, and an in-kitchen dining table. When you need more space to dine, there is a separate dining room available.

Entering the living room, you will be greeted by an inviting atmosphere adorned with plush sofas and a 65-inch smart TV. The first floor of the home also boasts a full bathroom and two bedrooms, both equipped with 40-in TVs. Upstairs, the primary en suite bedroom is effortlessly spacious and boasts ample storage and a 40-inch TV. Although this home holds an abundance of old-school charm, it is equipped with a variety of modern conveniences like a private washer/dryer, internet access, and partial air-conditioning.

Conveniently located off Route 28, you'll be just two miles from Craigville Beach, the shopping village, local restaurants, and other popular attractions.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is across the street from The Fire & Rescue Department. The siren goes off occasionally and can be heard from inside the house

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
