The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cervione, this charming apartment with sight sea without opposite, of a surface of 62 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. Located on the raised first floor, it is composed of a pretty living room of 25 m ² (with decorative fireplace), of a dining room, of a kitchen equipped, of two beautiful rooms and two shower-rooms. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room being also a night space of 25 m² with fireplace (decorative) and sofa bed.
- A dining room with a TV.
- A kitchen equipped with: oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with filter...
- Bedroom: a double bed (140×190).
- Two bathrooms with shower and one with WC.
- Separate toilet.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Cervione, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

- Relaxation and water sports on the beach of Prunete : windsurfing, diving, fishing, white water rafting, surfing, snorkeling, sailing, mountain biking, kayaking...

If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Car recommended.
- Ferry from Nice to Bastia (about 6 hours).
- Nearest airport: Bastia airport located about 40 minutes away by car.

Other remarks :
- The fireplace is decorative.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the concierge. An additional fee may be charged (25 euros for arrivals between 8pm and 11pm and 45 euros for arrivals after 11pm).
