**What’s Included**
Your self-catered stay includes high-quality bed linen and towels, based on standard occupancy. If your property has a sofa bed which you intend to use or if you require extra linen for additional guests, an extra linen fee of €25 applies. The price also includes professional end-of-stay cleaning and the local *taxe de séjour* (tourist tax), which grants access to a *Carte d’Hôtes*. This guest card offers free travel on local trains and discounts on selected museums and attractions in the Chamonix Valley.

**Payment & Cancellation Policy**
To secure your booking, a 10% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to your payment card 30 days prior to your arrival, with a reminder email sent in advance. A *taxe de séjour* of €4.60 per adult, per night is also applied.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
A refundable damage deposit of €250 is required on the day of arrival and will be held for the duration of your stay. The deposit will be released shortly after check-out, pending a property inspection.
