Cozy Log Cabin with Hot Tub

Welcome to the eagles' nest log cabin nestled in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. This nest is the smaller of the two cabins on the property.
This beautiful newly renovated cabin is surrounded by woods and backed by a roaring run creek a class A native trout stream. Within walking distance to the ICV hiking and biking trail and a short drive to both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts plus PA's largest state park Ohiopyle, the cabin is the perfect location to experience the best of the Laurel Highlands. Our newly renovated cabin sleeps up to 2 people with a queen in the bedroom but also features a custom-made pull-out couch in the living room. Features include complete renovation inside and out, hot tub with privacy area, outdoor fire pit, automatic gas fireplace, outdoor seating area, outdoor grill, heat pump, and air conditioning, large flat screen television, and fast reliable internet. Open the window in the bedroom and let the sound of Roaring run put you to sleep. Located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands the eagle's nest is the perfect location for a relaxing escape or action-filled adventure.

Cute and comfortable cabin

This little cabin has all of the amenities we needed and made for an enjoyable stay while we were in town for a wedding. The sounds of the stream behind the cabin were a bonus. The decor, furniture, table settings, etc. all fit the cabin theme and everything in the cabin seemed very high quality. My daughter didn't like that there was no way to cover the kitchen window or front door window at night, but the many positives of this cabin by far outweighed that minor detail. I'd recommend this cabin or the larger cabin next door to anyone looking for lodging in this area. You can tell that the owner works hard at keeping these cabins well-maintained, very clean, and stocked with anything you'd need during your stay that you may have forgotten to pack. I especially appreciated the new washer and dryer, allowing me to return home without a backlog of laundry. The owner even provided laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, etc.

Eagles Nest is a beautiful little cabin combining modern finishings with a very rustic appeal. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere with the sound of the Creek directly behind the bedroom window. The warmth and glow of the fireplace. The comfort and relaxation of a full size, jetted hot tub. It was all wonderful. I couldn't really ask for anything more. I would be very eager and pleased to stay again.

The property is immaculate. Tastefully decorated and fully provisioned including bedding and towels all fresh and easily located. Owner is an absolute professional, every detail tended to before arrival. Met us and gave a quick, efficient, and complete briefing of everything we needed to know and he did it in person, late check in. Postcard setting in the woods, quiet and peaceful yet less than 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do in the area (ski, fine dining, sightseeing, hike). Super fast reliable wifi. Easy road access and plenty of parking. Private hot tub in perfect working order. A very kind welcome gift and a supply of firewood for the outdoor firepit topped off our stay. 100% my go-to VRBO rental if I'm coming to the area again.
